“My granddaughter really loved it. She asked for the squish ball. Fast delivery, very pleased although it didn't arrive like it said 48hr tracked. It's a good job I had a few days before her birthday.”

“Ordered a christmas present on 30th November. 48 hour delivery guaranteed apparently and still item hasn't turned up. Refused a refund due to the item leaving their 'other' warehouse but no tracking info given. Had to order a duplicate item from amazon. Fair play to those that receive their purchases. I won't be endorsing or recommending this company to anyone”

“I looked everywhere for the spotty bag for my 2 year old granddaughter. Praise upon praise I found it at Toy Street. It arrived so very very fast, no sooner had I ordered it , then it arrived. Very well packed lovely well made bag, my granddaughter goes everywhere with it. Only one thing negative, you have to give a rating of between 0 and 10 I would like to give 12 absolutely brilliant service, and absolutely fantastic merchandise”

“I never received my item and when I tried to look into contacting company about issue I was unable to find a way …it could be my lack of knowledge of the website but I ordered Christmas presents for my Son paid for them and it’s says they were delivered however they were not.”
