“Absolutely apalling. Order never dispatched as not in stock despite the fact that the website said it was. No communication received to tell me this or advise of a delay. When I phoned to find out why I had not received my item, I was promised that myorder would be shipped the next day with upgraded postage and that I would receive it in time for an impending baby shower, but it never arrived. Again no communication received to advise of this. I phoned again today to discover that the order has still not been dispatched. I have given up and have cancelled the order completely now and requested a refund. I would give zero stars if I could.”

“Excellent website. Colourful and easy to navigate around. Lots of stuff for grown up kids too. I collect Monopoly sets amongst other things and they have a great selection. Good prices as well.”

“I purchased a train set and was concerned that it had not been dispatched . I called ToyStreet and was told there had been a problem with warehouse stock . As it was a birthday present I was told it would be sent out next day delivery .it arrived within two days of my call and this was much appreciated.i would have given five stars but would have liked to have been told there would be a delay.”

“Ordered for the first time - a few toys - and I am very pleased. Order arrived quickly and was all correct and as expected. I was also really happy because they were the cheapest I found online for the specific toys I was looking for (Melissa and Doug Birthday Cake) and that includes amazon. It's also good that Paypal is a payment option as it made ordering even easier. And my order was tracked. All in all - very happy and will definitely use again!”
