“Awful customer services and poor dispatch times Ordered item Weds 9pm and checkout specified dispatch next day (Thu). Paid for 24 hour delivery since we needed items Saturday, and checkout confirmed items would arrive Friday. Great. However, the order was not dispatched until Monday, so we received it on Tues. I requested a refund of postage and was refunded £1, the difference between 24 and 48 hour delivery. If I'd wanted 48 hour delivery I would have selected that (and would have received it Saturday, not Tuesday). I sent two further emails to Toy Street customer services over the following two weeks and was systematically ignored. We had a disappointed child and a last minute trip to the shops to get a substitute as considerable time and cost inconvenience.”
