First time ordering from this company and will definitely be my last! Ordered a PINK Peppa Pig rucksack for my 2 year old niece and got sent a GREEN George Pig rucksack! Sent 2 emails on different days with no response so decided to call instead. After a 10 minute wait I finally got through to someone that clearly did not seem to care to be told the bag I had ordered was out of stock. He then proceeded to tell me I could return bag to get a full refund and that he would email me a returns label. So not only did I not receive the item I ordered, I have to go out of my way to get it sent back even though it was their mistake! Have I received said email? No I haven't. Absolutely disgraceful service!!!!

I wouldn't recommend ordering from this company! They accept your order and take payment without letting you know that certain items aren't located there, but in fact at another warehouse. I suspect some items out of stock. I ordered several items and received an email about one about its delay, not mentioning any of the other items. After several emails and a long time waiting their reply, I received part order, one item being in unacceptable condition! I sent photos as requested and no response! So glad I paid through PayPal!! Had to open a case for refund, which I got a day later after ripening the case. Only then did I receive an email reply apologising for being inconvenienced!

I received a total different product, they didn't even care. Product is still on their website with wrong description and images. I feel scammed, but overall I feel sad because it shows you don't care for children's emotions

I am still waiting for an order placed 10 days ago - despite the delivery stating 48 hour tracked! None of my emails have been responded to and after calling them, I was advised it would definitely be posted the next day by 24 hour courier. That was 4 days ago and I still have not received my order and have had no communication from Toy Street since. Still waiting....

3 weeks after order was placed, still marked as processing. I've called up twice to check the status of the order to be told the same excuse every time "the item is in another depot"

Ordered in good time for my daughters birthday which she has had to spend in hospital only for the item to be despatched after 9 days of ordering so we have still not recieved and her birthday has now gone. Emails sent to chase but no replies.

Made an order took 3 weeks to come after the delivery date stated next day delivery, when I finally received the order it wasn’t what I ordered so after waiting ages chasing up the delivery it was pointless as it was the wrong item delivered, took more of my time then trying to return it, however got refunded next day after they received the order back

Really badly packaged, damaged card and blister. Put in a white Jiffy bag and posted! After I requested it be packaged well as I’m a collector. I won’t be buying from here again.

You charged me extra for a choice of squishmallows and sent one of the cheaper ones!! You also said there were 3 styles and one would be sent, but you only showed one of the styles available. Very poor shopping experience and bad website!

I ordered a child's toy on the 18th April and it wasn't even dispatched until 1st of May, I got no communication to say it was going to be late and no reply when I emailed and complained that I hadn't recieved my item 16 days after ordering! I won't be ordering again.

Ordered an item on 6/5 and paid for next day delivery. No sign of my purchase. Contacted toy street on 11/5 and was told I shouldn’t have had the option of next day del but my item would be in on 12/5 and posted 12 or 13/5. Chased my item a number of times on 12/13 and despite being told they had it, eventually on 13/5 at 4.45 was told they didn’t have it. Cancelled order and was told I’d get a refund. Haven’t heard anything! Emailed toy street, no response. Stressful waste of time as birthday missed! Hopefully they will respond to this review.

Different item/ colour variant arrived to what has been ordered or to what has shown at the photo on the website, as a results of that I've had crying little daughter at the airport, it was a present to give at the airport arrival. Can't be bothered to return. Will not use again or recommend to others.

This was the 2nd time I had ordered from this site & I must say I was so disappointed from start to finish!. I ordered 4 items & received an email on the 3rd saying my order was being processed. I sent an email asking for an update after 10days. They sent another email saying sorry for the delay will be with you shortly , have upgraded your delivery . Waited another 5 days no items. Sent another email , received the same email again , on its way. Phoned on the 22nd and was told its been dispatched that day. I thought perfect! I received the items next day, only 3 items, 1 missing. I had to email again & explain the situation and ask for a refund. I was so annoyed as I had bought them as part of my Grandaughters birthday or I would of cancelled the order. Waiting 3 weeks and still not all the order dispatched!. I ordered items from China and they even arrived before this order. Unfortunately will not be buying again.......
