“Excellent experience with Toy Street, items were in perfect and brand new condition, were a great price whilst on sale, and my order was dispatched very quickly. Sometimes shops don’t provide you with the tracking number but Toy Street made it available in multiple ways so I could see exactly where my order was at all times, and it was also sent with very quick delivery as well which was wonderful. Toy Street even offers loyalty points! The only thing of note is that my order was sent in a box which was previously used for something else, it had lots of writing on the box so it couldn’t have been given as a gift and would’ve required finding a different box to repackage it - however we didn’t need it for a gift, so for us it was just a packing box which had been recycled, absolutely fine by me! Perhaps maybe Toy Street could offer an option to select an unused packing box if you need it? Overall, 10 out of 10 experience, will definitely be buying from Toy Street again.”

“I was so pleased to find the Melissa and Doug Holiday baking set on your website when I could not find it anywhere here in the US. The product was shipped out immediately with tracking and arrived promply and in perfect condition. Prices and shipping were reasonable. I would definitely order from you again.”

“Please tell me why I still not have received my refund that was confirmed on the 29th of August stating that it would take 5-10 days ! Yet your own website states that any refund would take 3-5 days to process ???? I'm confused Toy Street ???? From my original order on the 11th of August to now your service has been nothing short of terrible. Please don't be fool by this ridiculous amount of one paragraph positive statements as they are all surely fake. You bombard the review page within 24 hours with these fake reviews to push honest ones back onto the next page in the hope of people not searching that far back !!!! You responded to my review from last week only yesterday, knowing I still have not been issued my refund !!!!! You sold me a product that you didn't actually have in stock, making me wait till past my daughters birthday for you to email me stating just that. Don't be fooled by the basic reviews people, this was a horrible online shopping experience that unfortunately is still going on !!!!!!!!!!! Look for my original review and other beyond that, I'm not alone in my experience!!!!!!!”

“Ordered a Brio set and accessories which were significantly cheaper than elsewhere on the Internet. The estimated delivery dates came and went, so I called Toy Street and was told that they were just about to be dispatched. I must admit that I was rather concerned given the rather negative feedback on external review sites (with people saying that they were not receiving the items ordered). However, the day after I phoned, I received dispatch confirmation and tracking details. The items I ordered arrived the next day - they were very well packed. So all in all, I am pleased with the service from Toy Street!”
