“Found Toy Street in a Google search and am I glad I did. The item I was looking for was much cheaper and arrived very quickly. Best service I have had in a long time online. Would recomend Toy Street to friends and family.”

“Really badly packaged, damaged card and blister. Put in a white Jiffy bag and posted! After I requested it be packaged well as I’m a collector. I won’t be buying from here again.”

“You charged me extra for a choice of squishmallows and sent one of the cheaper ones!! You also said there were 3 styles and one would be sent, but you only showed one of the styles available. Very poor shopping experience and bad website!”

“I ordered a child's toy on the 18th April and it wasn't even dispatched until 1st of May, I got no communication to say it was going to be late and no reply when I emailed and complained that I hadn't recieved my item 16 days after ordering! I won't be ordering again.”

I can see that you emailed us on 04/05/2022 regarding your order being late, and a reply was sent on 05/05/2022 informing you that we would chase Royal Mail on your behalf to get you your order as soon as possible. Tracking suggests this was delivered, however, I apologise once again for the extensive delays faced with this order.
