“I was disappointed by the slow delivery of my order. It only was dispatched once I inquired about it. The order arrived in good condition though.”

“Well I've read the reviews ? Mine not a great one after over a week, ordered on the 16th I was still waiting for my order! Received on the 27th After 3 emails the last one asking for a refund I got a reply it's on its way !! I have now received the plush toy and it's lovely, that's a plus. So i will think again before ordering If I want it fast !”

“Product was lovely and good value. Unfortunately problems with delivery as only my name and postcode had been put on the package! I’m not sure how this wasn’t noticed when the label was printed and put on the package but I’m therefore unsure if I would order again. It meant package was delayed and I had to liaise with the delivery company to collect it.”

“It seems like a wonderful online store, but I still haven't received my order even though it's been 15 days. I don't mind waiting, but it seems I can't access any tracking of my product, which it said would be included. The product itself was very cheap compared to other the prices at other retailers. So as long as my package arrives eventually, I would recommend the store.”

“Ordered next day delivery and came 2 days later. Was packaged good and no items were damaged. I ordered a £49 mystery box and received 2 toys, one game and a teddy. Unfortunately one of the toys has 2 of the same roof panels with the exact same shape slots on either side so we’ve got 8 shapes but can only use 4. Ive sent an email hoping to hear back promptly thank you”

“Received goods in a reasonable time frame, one item was manufacturer packaged so was protected, the other however was a soft toy just placed in the box, no protective packaging or wrapping (even tissue paper would have been good), the box the products arrived in was adequate, too big, however the weather was damp, so therefore, was the cardboard. Maybe give some care to packaging soft toys in future, which by nature are meant for children. Reasonably priced goods.”
