I was impressed by the price differences on item’s throughout the store, and by all the great reviews I’d seen about delivery etc. But when I placed an order in surprised to see my order was going to take over a week to arrive, I waited patiently for the date given, but when my items didn’t arrive on the date given i had to email to which i was replied to later the following day telling my item had now been despatched and would take another 4 days to arrive, so in total it has taken 2 weeks to arrive, don’t think I’ll recommend or use this store again.

I can't believe you have asked me to write a review! The delivery was abysmal it took over 4 weeks, I ended up purchasing another gift from Amazon as I needed it for a birthday present.

Delivery was very slow (over 2 weeks) and and I had to email to chase up.. When the item eventually arrived, it was bunged into an oversize box with no additional packaging meaning it was free to rattle about and, potentially, break. Not impressed and won’t be ordering again

I was disappointed when I accidentally ordered 2 copies of the same thing. I immediately emailed my error to Toy Street and then rang them within minutes. A lovely operative assured me she could alter the order and send a refund. A few days later the order arrived with the double order. Then an email with a refund form and a returns label, so I had to package it up and queue at the post office to send it back. I was annoyed. The parcel was returned successfully and I've received a refund. What a waste of money and resources having to send it back

Very disappointed that the “next day delivery” will arrive on Monday but not on Saturday as it was stated. The birthday present is missed.

Excellent service but box and airoplane in Filthy state probably due to being kept in warehouse for long periods of time. Had the box had a plastic covering thiswould not have been the case. Could this be passed on to the makers?

Ordered item on 16th October and finally received on 1st November. Delays were caused by an error on the website and the item not being in stock. These things happen but my issue is that it wasn't until I rang them that I found this out. Had to contact numerous times to get an update, kept being told different dates and never received the item so had to contact yet again. Prices are good but definitely not the best customer service. Also had a disappointed little girl who received her birthday present late because of all of this.

Im afraid I wasnt happy with the Jellycat octopus. Two of the tentacles are rough and hard, not soft and springy like the rest. i thought maybe this was how they are made so didnt complain but recently saw some in a physical shop and realised that mine should not be like this :(

Competitive pricing but, ordered on a Saturday, as nothing was received got in contact after a week. Surprise received notification of despatch some three hours later and a week after the order was placed. Later a response to my original email, no apology just well it has been sent. Pointed out the 'Coming Soon' Gravitrax Pro add on dispenser was not a new item but the Extension Mixer which is erroneously illustrated on the website as the Extension Helix. No response to any subsequent emails. Please get pictures to match items.

I ordered 3 packets of I love koalas and they were fine but when I came to place a further order I was shocked to see the price had more than doubled - so I didn't bother.

I ordered 4 boosters of on set and 1 of another checking that many were on the site. I paid for next day delivery. When nothing was delivered I phoned to check it was dispatched to be told there was a listing error and only 1 was in stock so the order was on hold until more came in. It was only because I phoned I found this out. I cancelled the order and got a full refund. When the order was cancelled ToyStreet relisted 4 boosters being in stock again. I emailed to let them know. All I have received back is an automated stock alert email and this invitation to review my completed purchase. Like the parent company Zatu, Toy Street when it works has good pricing and delivery. However there are issues in their databases and customer notifications could be improved. Another example was earlier in the year I messaged Zatu, who usually stocks Heroclix if this product would be stocked and was told no. I’m not sure why this specific set is listed under ToyStreet rather than Zatu. I know of many other players who never realised it or the Future foundation was available due to this and sourced product via other outlets. Hopefully these listing / communication issues can be addressed. I have bought from both Zatu / ToyStreet and would again but am now less confident about doing so for a present where delivery date is for a specific deadline. Although this purchase was personal it was to form part of a live stream. Which is why I cancelled the order rather than wait. Hopefully you have taken this feedback positively and enact change

The service was unsatisfactory. I purchased an item online which didn’t deliver on time. I then emailed to chase and it was only then that they informed me that the website showed stock but they didn’t actually have any in stock. They didn’t give any specifics on delivery and had to ask a number of times until I got somewhere. They also didn’t offer any compensation I had to request this a number of times before free delivery was honoured. The item took over 2 weeks to deliver which was a huge inconvenience as it was a maternity gift which was needed for when the baby arrived.

Item ordered wasn’t item received. Called and told I would be sent a returns label and given a refund. I asked about getting the item ordered and was told it was listed wrong so I’m not actually able to get the item I want. On the positive, delivery of the wrong item was quick
