Toy street sent the wrong item and then only partially refunded me when I sent it back.Apparently it was the right item, even tho it was a completely different company make and picture than what was on the website.Good prices if you get what you actually ordered. Found the whole refund process long drawn out and still trying to fight for my money back

I have purchased fat brain teeter popper which looks refurbished rather than new. There are marks on the board and even some of the poppers have been glued. Based on their returns policy which I didn’t read before buying, I’m less inclined as more money will be deducted or they might prolong the return so I’m just going to keep the board but will not buy again from this website.

I ordered a birthday gift for my niece over 2 weeks ago. Paid for express delivery and it has still not arrived. Delays can be forgiven, but there's a limit.

I placed a large order over a month ago, it is still showing as "Processing". I have emailed multiple times and been told they are having problems getting hold of one of the items (still listed as available on their website), and now they are no longer responding to me. I will never purchase from this company again and will be reporting them to trading standards shortly.

Avoid this company! I placed an order on Oct 16th, with 48hr delivery that cost me £11.99 - the items were showing as "In Stock" when I placed my order and the delivery date was estimated to be 18th/19th Oct. Well, over two weeks later and several emails back and forth - the last two of which have been ignored) and apparently these items are coming from their famous "other warehouse" and they have "chased and escalated it"... I see the same on several other reviews - for a true picture, see TrustPilot for a more accurate review score! I have asked for clarity over delivery dates and if that is not possible to have my order refunded - but I have been met with silence. The order was needed for my daughters birthday - so I just want to cancel my order and place it with a more trustworthy company.

Still haven’t received my order that was ordered on 28th September to be deliver led in time for my sons birthday. Delivery said it would be 2-3 days delivery still nothing and update on my order. Been in touch with customer services 2 days ago and I still have not heard back.

Please tell me why I still not have received my refund that was confirmed on the 29th of August stating that it would take 5-10 days ! Yet your own website states that any refund would take 3-5 days to process ???? I'm confused Toy Street ???? From my original order on the 11th of August to now your service has been nothing short of terrible. Please don't be fool by this ridiculous amount of one paragraph positive statements as they are all surely fake. You bombard the review page within 24 hours with these fake reviews to push honest ones back onto the next page in the hope of people not searching that far back !!!! You responded to my review from last week only yesterday, knowing I still have not been issued my refund !!!!! You sold me a product that you didn't actually have in stock, making me wait till past my daughters birthday for you to email me stating just that. Don't be fooled by the basic reviews people, this was a horrible online shopping experience that unfortunately is still going on !!!!!!!!!!! Look for my original review and other beyond that, I'm not alone in my experience!!!!!!!

Horrible experience with toy street. Ordered my daughters gift on the 11th of August with a delivery date between the 19th and 22nd of August. Had to make contact on the 23rd as I had not received any royal mail notification let alone my item. They informed me that my order had not even been dispatched and should be with me within 5 days. Contacted them today asking for a full refund as its still not been dispatched. Joke of a company who advertised items they don't actually have in stocks themselves. Will never use this company again just to save a couple of quid.

I never recieved my item. Only has a tracking number for the country of origin, when it came to my country (Canada) the tracking number was no longer valid. Not sure if it’s a scam.

I was advised after receiving my toy TY dog that the item was chosen at random even though it specifically said the name of the dog and a picture I was sent a completely different dog. I contacted customer services who said I could return for a refund (at my cost). I specifically wanted the dog in the picture as a back up replacement for my 2 yr old who is so in love with us particular TY dog so the random one I was sent is useless. Very disappointed by the clear misleading advertising of this product on the website. Do not purchase unless you want to be disappointed and out of pocket. AWFUL

No update on order after order confirmation, order didn't arrive by delivery date on initial email. Order was only dispatched once chased up by email and social media. Response on social media was rude. Will not use again

I recently had a highly disappointing experience with Toy Street and feel compelled to share my experience, even on this platform. 1. Significant Delays: My order, placed on July 13th, was delayed well beyond the estimated delivery window. As of now, I still haven't received my order, and there has been no adequate explanation for the delay from the company. 2. Lack of Communication: Despite the significant delay, there was no proactive communication from Toy Street. I had to repeatedly reach out to get any updates, and the responses were vague, failing to clarify why there was no prior communication about the issues. 3. Unhelpful Customer Service: When I requested compensation for the inconvenience, the response was dismissive, insisting that delivery dates are only estimates and offering no compensation or goodwill gesture, despite failing to meet their own estimated timeframe. 4. Concerns About Review Transparency: It's concerning that the reviews here on Reviews.io appear to paint a more favourable picture than what I found on other platforms. This discrepancy makes me question the reliability and transparency of the reviews presented here. Given these points, my experience suggests that Toy Street is unreliable and not focused on customer satisfaction. I would advise potential customers to consider these factors carefully before making a purchase.
