“I ordered several EUGY items, which were at a good price, and received them in plenty of time ahead of Christmas. Each model is well-made and fits together nicely. THey are fairly simple and quick to put together, though you do need to use the included glue. No issues with delivery. Overall a good experience.”

“I bought 3 Palm Pals for my daughters aged teen to adult as a stocking filler and they all loved them! Very high quality, lovely and soft and totally adorable! I will definitely buy again in the future as your prices were better than anywhere else and your postage costs reasonable. Thank you!”

“Overall I'm happy with the toys I've got, they had the best price online and also readily available stock. The delivery was smooth and on time, but the dispatch time took longer than expected. I would say you need to improve your customer service turnaround. There was an issue with the first order I placed so I had to get in touch with you and it took me 40 minutes to get through someone the first time I called you and almost an hour the second time. I was forced to call because you never replied to my emails. Other than this everything was fine”

“Very impressed with Toy Street. The item I was looking for was so much cheaper than other sites/ shops I looked at. Bit apprehensive at first as Toy Street was not a familiar name to me, so actually paying money to them was initially a bit of a gamble. However, the item arrived safe and sound and in good time. I will use them again when hunting down toys...”

“The toy was good and as expected but the delivery and communication was poor. When I hadn't received it after nearly 10 days, I contacted them over the weekend and was told it would be dispatched. By the Tuesday after the weekend, it still hadn't been dispatched and it wasn't dispatched until Wednesday. I was definitely not a priority to them. I then had to wait for the slow postal delivery too.”

“I ordered from Australia in the Christmas period. I was absolutely delighted at their customer service and product. They stocked PS4 games I couldn't find here and they were shipped in a timely manner and arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. They were a couple of days over the estimated delivery - but it was due the week before Christmas and the postal system struggles with the volume. When I enquired on my order I was answered very quickly. Would definitely recommend and purchase from again.”
