“This was one of the only places to find an item I was looking for. The tracking and speed of service was great. Grandchild loved the item. Exactly how it was described.”

“Disappointed to receive the wrong toy. My daughter had hoped for ghost spidey and were were sent Miles instead from.the marvel collection. Too late and expensive to return to the UK given its cost.”

“Really disappointing service. Placed an order before Xmas of a mix of things. I had an email to say one item was delayed. I emailed back to ask for the rest to be dispatched and could do this for a fee. I had no update on the outstanding item until I chased it this week. And unfortunately there is still no timescale for delivery.”

“I ordered a present for my Grandson and paid extra to get it next day, I have waited in for two days now and if hasn't arrived after I told my grandson it will be coming the day it said it would, he was super excited, I am furious at myself for not reading the reviews before purchasing from this company if had done I would have gone elsewhere. They take your money then mess you about avoid”

“I ordered something for my daughter on the 12th of December and paid extra for it to be here before Christmas, and I still haven't received the item. Also the company hasn't responded to any of my emails at all. I would recommend ordering from some other company because those one doesn't value it's customers enough to even respond.”

“Really disappointed, bought online and paid the most expensive delivery option and it said that it would arrive on the 23/24 and it didn’t… no sign of my purchase so far! Unfortunately my daughter didn’t get the dragon she wanted from room on the broom. They haven’t even update the info to say if it was going to be delayed or lost. Still waiting.”
