“I am very pleased with is company The bear arrived on time and was wrapped up in lovely green paper and a white bow My granddaughter is collecting the silver tag bears so I sent for one to celebrate the end of term at school and her first main part on the stage aged 10 years”

“I ordered 4 boosters of on set and 1 of another checking that many were on the site. I paid for next day delivery. When nothing was delivered I phoned to check it was dispatched to be told there was a listing error and only 1 was in stock so the order was on hold until more came in. It was only because I phoned I found this out. I cancelled the order and got a full refund. When the order was cancelled ToyStreet relisted 4 boosters being in stock again. I emailed to let them know. All I have received back is an automated stock alert email and this invitation to review my completed purchase. Like the parent company Zatu, Toy Street when it works has good pricing and delivery. However there are issues in their databases and customer notifications could be improved. Another example was earlier in the year I messaged Zatu, who usually stocks Heroclix if this product would be stocked and was told no. I’m not sure why this specific set is listed under ToyStreet rather than Zatu. I know of many other players who never realised it or the Future foundation was available due to this and sourced product via other outlets. Hopefully these listing / communication issues can be addressed. I have bought from both Zatu / ToyStreet and would again but am now less confident about doing so for a present where delivery date is for a specific deadline. Although this purchase was personal it was to form part of a live stream. Which is why I cancelled the order rather than wait. Hopefully you have taken this feedback positively and enact change”

“I was very pleased with the service I received from Toy Street. On the same morning as I placed the order, I received an email to say my purchase had been despatched. Delivered within 2 days, it arrived well packed and just as described. Good value and good service. Thank You.”

“I’m alway dubious when ordering from a company for the first time but Toy Street have really exceeded my expectations. Easy to use website & I was kept fully informed around the delivery date & time. My parcel arrived as expected and really well packaged. I have nothing negative to say and would definitely recommend and order from them again.”

“Very helpful on the phone but ultimately hopeless. Ordered a child's toy. 3 weeks later in spite of calls the toy had not arrived. It was clear they were selling products they did not stock and had no indication of stock arrival dates. Cancelled order and will not use this company again”

“Looking for rubber ducks for my grandchildren to play with in the garden pool, what a bonus to find these lovely different coloured ducks with numbers on them. I am planning on playing scoop a duck completion in the summer holidays. These Will make a great fun activities for the different age groups, colour recognition for the younger ones, and counting and subtracting for the older ones. Can’t wait to get started xx”
