“How did I miss this Little Gem. Grandaughter wanted a Slothy Birthday and Toy Street Delivered with The unusual and obscure. Delivery was prompt and well Packaged so no damage or tears. Items were delivered prior to the said birthday overcoming issues with Transport and staff shortages. Web site is now held as a Favorite for future reference”

“The toy itself was squashed into a mailbag barely big enough to hold it and wasn't in any form of protective plastic/tissue when it was opened. Some of the gum had stuck to the toy but thankfully it wasn't damaged. The price was the best I found online and I now know why. I'd actually prefer to pay a couple of pounds more for a little bit of care and respect for items, especially as this is for a new born baby. I'm in two minds whether to give this as a gift for the baby as I'm a bit concerned that it could've been handled a lot prior to dispatch to me. Toy is a Steiff so is going to be quality but think I'd buy elsewhere in future.”

“They delivered my Disney "Dumbo" soft toy as promised. Packaging was a little disappointing although adequate but price made up for the fact this is a genuine toy.”

“Im afraid I wasnt happy with the Jellycat octopus. Two of the tentacles are rough and hard, not soft and springy like the rest. i thought maybe this was how they are made so didnt complain but recently saw some in a physical shop and realised that mine should not be like this :(”
