Ordered a Tonie for my granddaughter from toy street still waiting after 3 weeks no news sent 4 emails no reply phoned a number of times no answer,did eventually spoke to someone who said it would be delivered soon that was over a week ago,more emails and phone calls nothing

Ordered my sons 1st birthday gift 8 days before which at this time of year I know is tight but was due to arrive on the day. Apart from the initial email I received no further contact until I messaged the day before to find out that it hadn’t even reached their warehouse so could take a further 3-5 days. Luckily bought a backup gift but certainly won’t be using toystreet again after such poor service

Placed an order on 02/11/23 for £115 including delivery for several items. the date given by Toy Street for delivery was in 2-5 days. Nothing was delivered and no communication from Toy Street to advise of any problems. I tried to contact them but the phone line is only manned on certain days. I eventually, after being on hold for 70 minutes, spoke to someone who said items were coming from a different website, and would be with me in 2 days, and to contact again if this didn't happen. No delivery, so telephoned yet again, (if I ever have to hear their recorded 'fun, fun, fun' message again I will scream) but had to give up when my phone battery died after 75 minutes of waiting. I messaged them and got a pleasant reply, apologising but assuring me that the items were on their way. They were not. I then looked at reviews and saw so many where people had experienced the same delay and non delivery, that I started to get really concerned. Several more messages were sent and received, but all I got was an assurance that these would be delivered sometime in the future. I then cancelled the order, and bought the same items from Amazon, with delivery within 24 hours. Whether Toy Street would ever have delivered my order I will never know. I am waiting for my refund to be completed. However, if you need something delivered for Christmas, I would suggest either getting an assurance from Toy Street in writing before placing the order, or going elsewhere. I will not ever buy from them again.

Placed an order on 28/10/23 for £62.39 including delivery for several items. Nothing delivered nearly a month later 26/11/23. Contacted customer services and received a reply 14/11/23 that the items were being dispatched from another warehouse but should receive a dispatch email within 3-5 days. Still waiting for any update. Have now requested refund but am yet to receive a reply. Will update if I have any success with refund. Shocking service, do not order from here

Ordered on 18th November, credit card charged and confirmation of order received and have not heard a word since . Quote on website "aim to dispatch all items within 24 hours of receiving orders" - whilst I didn't expect that having ordered on a Saturday I didn't think I'd still be waiting the following Saturday without any communication. Disappointed ☹️

Ordered Model Harley Davidson on 08/11/23 to be delivered in 48 hours ,contacting numerous by emai phone Nightmare as needed item by 14/11/23 Utter joke and want a refund .

The kings on one star review. I didn’t want to judge the company for the one stars however I now understand why you have so many. The negatives outweigh the positives. I placed an order on the 19th November . The order should have come by the 22nd November according to the package I picked however I didn’t receive anything. I decided to login and check the status only to see still processing. I contacted the customer service team and I was told the item wouldn’t arrive till next week as there’s a delay on shipment. I asked why customers weren’t notified and why I had to call up to find out this information as there’s nothing that states a delay on the website. I needed the item for the 24th so next week will be totally useless for me. Helena the customer service assistant wasn’t even bothered to either apologise or try to resolve the problem raised. She just said ‘I will cancel the order’. Very disgusting behaviour I must say. This shouldn’t be a running business as they don’t stick to the delivery time or even bother to notify their customers.

Ordered a few bits on the 1st November 2023 it’s still processing 22/11/23 Iv contacted many times they are slow at responding and keep saying the same thing. If it doesn’t come by the end of the week contact us again. Side swiping the fact Iv requested a refund and keep reassuring me that they will send it. Shocking, will not be buying again . !!

Same as a lot of people it seems. Told my item was coming from another warehouse. Still advertising next day delivery. 3 weeks later, still nothing. Avoid at all costs! They have said they have issued a refund but I have received no proof of this and they said it would take up to 10 days. Something is not right!

There appears to be an issue with this organisation and I am now incapable of getting any communication from them. Personally I would recommend you avoid this company. Oh, and the "on Hold" is an excruciating pain and not "fun fun fun". Nightmare

Its now been 20 days since I made my order, after speaking to customer services they tell me 1 item was in a different location so were waiting for it. Still nothing and no tracking details. I would stay clear.

If i could give this company 0 or negative stars i would, do not order from this company, ordered 3 items on 48hr delivery after 10 days still no parcel came, called them to be told it was stuck in a warehouse and would be passed to them soon and then sent out for delivery, waited a further week still no parcel, called again to be told exactly the same still stuck in a warehouse, waited a further week and surprise surprise still no delivery and apparently still in the warehouse, so after what was nearly a month i still had no order and there was never any communication from them abouts delays ect unless you called up to ask and waited well over an hour everytime on the phone i asked for a refund which tbh only took 48 hours as it was paypal so ordered the same items elsewhere actually cheaper and they arrived within 2 days maybe this company could learn from others who actually fulfil their orders in a timely manner, worst company I've ever dealt with, also their ratings box only shows the latest 5 star ratings and not the actual latest rating which if you look is always a bad one and unless you actually click on to see them all so is misleading

No zero stars option so to leave a review you have no choice but to give them 1!! Ordered a gift for my granddaughter over 2 weeks before for her birthday! Paid for delivery which was supposed to be 48hrs tracked! 8 days later my orders still processing?! Rung customer services to be told my item was coming from another warehouse hence it’s not dispatched yet and they’ll receive it that day to dispatch to me for delivery in 2 days time! Parcel was picked up by yodel the next day but did come on the Thursday and was meant to be a signed for delivery? So can’t arrange a safe place to put it! Yodel despite this delivered my parcel but decided to leave outside my door and take a picture and leave! So no signature! Rung customer service’s explained and apparently they have to get me to fill out a parcel delivery dispute form and investigate which can take over 2 weeks and there’s no guarantee of a refund or another parcel being sent? But either way no present for my granddaughter as need it for a weeks time now! When explained to the advisor the attitude was we can’t do anything until this is done sorry!!Company clearly doesn’t care about customers and as a first time one, I will never shop here again!! Avoid,avoid,avoid.!!!!!Save time and money and buy from a reputable company with great customer service and good reviews out weighing the bad by at least 80% to avoid heartache for your loved little ones!! Real review -5*!!!

If I could give this company zero stars i would. Save yourself any hassle and avoid at all costs! I ordered a gift and 2 weeks later there was no sign or word of my order. I contacted customer services who guaranteed it would be dispatched at the beginning of the following week, surprise, surprise no word of the order. Contacted customer services for a second time to be told it would take a further week before dispatch, refunded requested and told it would take 12 working days to process the refund. Shambles of a company!

Ordered item said 48 hour tracking delivery 3 weeks later still no item asked 3 times on expected delivery to be told they had to wait for it from another warehouse and couldn't give me a rough date when I would expect item . Asked to be refunded as brought from somewhere else instead . Still waiting for my refund....

Ordered item, to be told it would arrive 2/5 days 11days later no item, phoned again (it's the third time) and they said they could not tell me when delivery would be has its coming from different warehouse, this is not acceptable, so I've asked for a refund, 2/5 days, hopefully I'll get this on time?

I would not recommend using toy Street. After using PayPal to purchase my item, toy Street immediately responded saying that they would ship as soon as my payment cleared. This happened within four hours. I never heard from the company again until nearly 3 months later after sending multiple emails. Only after filing a refund through PayPal did I immediately hear from the company again.

I ordered an item which should have arrived within 2-3 working days. After 2 weeks I still hadn't received item and so I contacted them, only to be told it was coming from somewhere else. It took nearly six weeks to arrive and not an apology or nothing. Would advise to shop here with caution especially coming up to Christmas
