“Item arrive intact. Marked 4/5 star as there was some confusion on shipping times. The item was at another warehouse but the estimated delivery date was given as 3/4 days before it actually arrived. Other than that no issues.”

“I placed a large order over a month ago, it is still showing as "Processing". I have emailed multiple times and been told they are having problems getting hold of one of the items (still listed as available on their website), and now they are no longer responding to me. I will never purchase from this company again and will be reporting them to trading standards shortly.”

“Avoid this company! I placed an order on Oct 16th, with 48hr delivery that cost me £11.99 - the items were showing as "In Stock" when I placed my order and the delivery date was estimated to be 18th/19th Oct. Well, over two weeks later and several emails back and forth - the last two of which have been ignored) and apparently these items are coming from their famous "other warehouse" and they have "chased and escalated it"... I see the same on several other reviews - for a true picture, see TrustPilot for a more accurate review score! I have asked for clarity over delivery dates and if that is not possible to have my order refunded - but I have been met with silence. The order was needed for my daughters birthday - so I just want to cancel my order and place it with a more trustworthy company.”

“After reading some reviews about Toy Street I was a bit worried my order may take some time to get to me but it was quite the opposite. The items were a great price and turned up within a few days, (although the packaging was split open and Royal Mail had put it in another plastic bag with a note on but nothing was missing). I’d definitely recommend and use again.”
