“The scooter was for my granddaughter, to say she loved would be an understatement. From my point if view Toy Street delivered when they said they would, and I was informed every step of the way. Great price and great communication leads me to believe Toy Store are definitely a great company.”

“Toy street sent the wrong item and then only partially refunded me when I sent it back.Apparently it was the right item, even tho it was a completely different company make and picture than what was on the website.Good prices if you get what you actually ordered. Found the whole refund process long drawn out and still trying to fight for my money back”

“I have purchased fat brain teeter popper which looks refurbished rather than new. There are marks on the board and even some of the poppers have been glued. Based on their returns policy which I didn’t read before buying, I’m less inclined as more money will be deducted or they might prolong the return so I’m just going to keep the board but will not buy again from this website.”
