“Everything was fine, took a little while but that was expected. Just be sure to check that the item is in stock, otherwise you may need to wait a little.”

“Ordered in November 2 items for christmas no correspondence for 5 months then hey presto one if the items arrives end of April and given a refund for the other still jo explanation or correspondence Terrible company”

“Happy with the products received but I had to wait 3 weeks to receive the order. Dispatch had a really long delay which only happened 2 weeks after ordering. Not ideal when buying items for children.”

“Terrible customer service. Placed order and a week later it still has not been dispatched. Have been on hold on the phone for 30 minutes and none of their team is answering me. Don't buy from them. They claim they have items in stock when they don't, will take your money and it could be 6 months down the line and you're still waiting on your order.”

“The prices are good and was offered next day delivery,I chose not to use it as standard was free, but when the order confirmation came thru delivery was for almost a month in advance. I didn't realise this and only when checking I discovered that l had not been informed it was out of stock and there was a delay, and it would arrive too late for the birthday intended. It did arrive a couple of weeks later but l felt they should have have made sure l was aware of this on ordering. Otherwise all good - item finally received for a good price - just make sure sometimes customers know they will have a long wait”
