“The toy itself was squashed into a mailbag barely big enough to hold it and wasn't in any form of protective plastic/tissue when it was opened. Some of the gum had stuck to the toy but thankfully it wasn't damaged. The price was the best I found online and I now know why. I'd actually prefer to pay a couple of pounds more for a little bit of care and respect for items, especially as this is for a new born baby. I'm in two minds whether to give this as a gift for the baby as I'm a bit concerned that it could've been handled a lot prior to dispatch to me. Toy is a Steiff so is going to be quality but think I'd buy elsewhere in future.”

“Overall the service was ok. The delivery was estimated as 2-5 working days but on day 5 I telephoned and it hadn’t been dispatched. This was disappointing as the gifts were for birthdays.”

“Disappointed with this set as the felt pieces are small, some figures are an ok size, but there are a lot of very tiny pieces far too fiddly and uninteresting for my 3yr old granddaughter who opened it yesterday for her birthday.”

“Item purchased as a gift. It arrived with a missing part. Toy story dealt with this and arranged for piece to be sent. Sadly it arrived at the billing address in Glasgow and not the shipping address in Surrey Faulty item them left me out of pocket and inconvenienced.”

“Great item and good price but disappointed that it took 6 days to arrive when it states 48hr delivery. Wouldn't normally matter but left a disappointed 6yr old who'd spent her own money!”

“They asked me to pay 1 pounds extra for Saturday delivery but inspute of paying extra I received it on Monday. Sent an email to customer service but didn't get any reasonable explanation.”

“When they arrived, my two boxes were completely flattened. I haven't open the product yet, but I think the sprus inside are ok. The delivery took the time that was advertised.”
