“Toy Street was one of the few online retailers to have the product we wanted and at a reasonable price too. The item was shipped not long after the order was placed and arrived in about a week even though it was an international shipment.”

“Ordered a toy in November so it's ready for Christmas, but this has only just turned up and it's May. No communication from the company. If I were to send this back now I'm afraid I will not actually receive the refund”
