I’m converted! I absolutely love my Vortex 4 litre Digital Air Fryer!! Easy to use easy to clean and perfect cooking so far!! Only down side is I’ve lost one of the plate black feet!! Can I get a replacement?

We have been unable to use our Tower 5 litre Tower Air Fryer, Digital Model Vortx T17089 (we think) because there was no handbook or recipe /guide included. The handbook provided was for a different model

I love my Tower 5 in 1 . But like so many newbies, had no idea how to cook anything in it. No recipe book included to help either. So I contacted Tower, and a very nice lady, Nicole, replied to my email that day. She sent me an attachment for a recipe book, but not having a printer, I asked if she would post me a copy. The reply was, of course ! Will be with you in 5 to 7 days. Thank you Tower for your help. Great customer service !

Abysmal customer service when returning a product. I would recommend that NO-ONE buy from this company. Shocking. They don't answer your calls and they ignore your emails. Eventually they sent me a returns label but the courier company (Yodel) were refusing to carry the item because it was "too big". Possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with.

I bought an Aquajet plus carpet washer just before Christmas and have used it for the first time today. It was incredibly easy to assemble and to use. I cannot believe how efficient it is - my living room carpet, which gets a lot of wear, looks almost brand new. Absolutely brilliant! I will certainly be looking at other Tower floor care products when needed.

I’m so pleased we managed to purchase a double draw air fryer. We had been searching for a long time and finally managed to buy the Vortex 9 Litre. We are so happy with it. It does so much more than we thought it could. The double draw allows us to use both draws at the same time but the food is cooked on different settings, yet it’s all cooked at the same time. Would definitely recommend this product.

Really pleased with the Tower Xpress Pro which was half the price of another more well known brand for same features. I was a bit unsure having looked at others reviews but when I realized that the majority of lower score reviews were from people giving 1 star due to not being delivered before Xmas I thought Two things firstly how can someone rate a product so low just because of delivery delay that doesn't make a product bad, secondly ordering just before Xmas with planned strikes isn't sensible. We used our Tower for the first time today and found the User manual very user friendly and having washed the included accessories & machine gently & carried out the 15 minute trial run (I'd recommend opening window in kitchen) and leaving for 30 minutes for New metal smell to disappear. The food was cooked better than I had expected and I'm looking forward to cooking more of the recipes included within the enclosed recipe guide. Really glad I saw sense and bought this product

Sam was excellent. I had not got a recipe/instruction book in my new tower air fryer. The problem was quickly resolved and within a day I had the missing info!

Evri have had my order for weeks now, no way to contact evri direct and no way to contact Tower direct, emails only. Came on here to see if others experienced the same, and there's lots of people having issues with customer service. You just have to look at these reviews, Tower have only responded to the 5 star ones. Not going to hold my breath on getting my fryer any time soon :(

Breadmaker was fine for a while but then not. Tried to claim on warranty but two emails and a web claim. gave been ignored. Unimpressed isn't the word.
