Evri have had my order for weeks now, no way to contact evri direct and no way to contact Tower direct, emails only.
Came on here to see if others experienced the same, and there's lots of people having issues with customer service.
You just have to look at these reviews, Tower have only responded to the 5 star ones.
Not going to hold my breath on getting my fryer any time soon :(
