I had recently bought an airfryer from Tower, at Asda. I have used it frequently over the past 1-2 months, I went to do lunch today, and the handle has completely come off in my hand. I have tried to contact their number but no one answers, just an automated message. I am not happy.

terrible product i used it twice and it set on fire melting all the insides to which tower didnt reply for over a week i had to contact them again and battle to get money back poor customer service leave people without an answer dont buy this product

Ordered and paid for an accessory for my new air fryer. Sent by Evri but never arrived. Tower customer 'service' have failed to respond to my emails. So I have no parcel and no refund. Unacceptable.

Hopefully first one was a bad production model returned to shop of purchase as unit (Model No. T17038) manual 5 in 1 11lt as packed in after just 5 uses. Have purchased second unit hopefully will be better.

NOT impressed! Never received my order & the delivery was NOT attempted 3x as advertised after contacting Tower via email! was told my item was out of stock!? how can it be out of stock when it was being delivered to me !?

I am very unhappy and totally disappointed with my recent purchases from Tower and their customer service is not good either :-(. First Tower Air Fryer purchased 15th Nov, had to be returned to the retailer as the manual timer did not work. Second Tower Air Fryer arrived today, and guess what, this one will have to go back also!!!!!! I opened the box to discover the plug is broken/smashed with the fuse bit lying loose in the box. I am waiting for CS to get back to me?????????

I was sorry to learn of the condition upon arrival of your parcels - rest assured I will be addressing your enquiry with our courier partners. I was however disappointed to read your comments about our Customer Services Team. Upon contacting our Customer Services Team we do confirm the timings of when you can expect a response from us as well as making a polite request not to send duplicate messages as this only hinders our ability to resolve your enquiry in the shortest possible time. I can confirm we have safely received all 4 of your messages sent within a 24 hour period and have responded to your message within the original timescale quoted. Don't know if I am qualified to do a review as you used a sub standard delivery company EVRI and it never arrived . Complaints to yourselves with "will get back to you in 48 hours " has come to nothing and contacting EVRI comical.

I've still not received my air fryer that I ordered and paid for in December 19th. It was a Christmas present for my son and partner. Very disappointing.

Silicon foot on plate came off so lost, like to have been ingested as not present at washing up. Tower customer services hopeless, told to go to ebay when challenged go to retailers. If a toddler ate it, fortunately none present possible serious issue. They don't understand health and safety, it's a faulty design and ought to be product recall.

Had my air fryer for a year and it was amazing and I loved it! It has now decided to have a mechanical fault and won’t work. Because I didn’t register for the 3 year warranty I now can’t get a new one and customer service weren’t very helpful?

Would have been good to have received it, looks like it's been stolen from the courier company you use, Evri. I suggest you look at their trust Pilot reviews, absolutely terrible. I will not be using Tower as long as they use Evri to deliver ( or not in this and may cases) the goods.

Abysmal customer service when returning a product. I would recommend that NO-ONE buy from this company. Shocking. They don't answer your calls and they ignore your emails. Eventually they sent me a returns label but the courier company (Yodel) were refusing to carry the item because it was "too big". Possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with.

Evri have had my order for weeks now, no way to contact evri direct and no way to contact Tower direct, emails only. Came on here to see if others experienced the same, and there's lots of people having issues with customer service. You just have to look at these reviews, Tower have only responded to the 5 star ones. Not going to hold my breath on getting my fryer any time soon :(

Breadmaker was fine for a while but then not. Tried to claim on warranty but two emails and a web claim. gave been ignored. Unimpressed isn't the word.

Used twice can’t fault it in anyway it cooks. Great stuff. Tho 2nd use the handle has broke clean off! I have already emailed customer services and no reply. I need a replacement handle/drawer but don’t seem to have the model that I need on the net anywhere. Please resolve this as I really like the air fryer

Very poor customer service. I ordered an item which was for a Christmas Present. Realised when starting to wrap it that the item was not what I had ordered. The box was approx. the size and weight of what I ordered so had not realised before. Anyway, these things happen but how it is rectified matters. I have had no response to two emails sent over two days from their customer service inbox. Not even an acknowledgment email. This is not good customer service.

Ordered a Tower Vortx Air fryer on 1st Dec still waiting for it 20th Dec Evri lost it so I cancelled the order 24th Dec still waiting for a refund off Klarna....These three companies have one thing in common they make sure that you can't contact them directly Evri are a disgrace of a company Tower so busy at passing the buck Klarna don't want to listen to your problem until 21 days have passed they take my money instantly but when the complaint is finally resolved you can have your own money back in 7 to 10 days .....How did I get on with trying to get an Air fryer I ordered a Ninja af400uk from VERY on 20th Dec it arrived on 22nd Dec its up and running and I'm really happy with it (Proper Company) So be very careful who you use for your online shopping I know I will Happy Christmas 🎄 😀
