I know you can be unlucky enough to get a dud version of a product that fails to work almost immediately but you would expect the company that both made and sold it to respond hastily to preserve there reputation. Not with Tower. Phone numbers not working.only recorded message. Email elicits a holding response only - wait 7 working days. Now on the 8/9th working day and nothing. In principle the air fryer is great. In practice it failed. Customer service is appalling.

Got the tower vortex manual from Iceland 3 weeks ago.. absolutely knackered and only used 3 times and timer won't work now.. no customer service to call and have to email them.. needed it to help save on bills.. now I'm back to using my normal oven and out of pocket with buying this load of rubbish.. god knows when tower will sort this,answer my email and send me a new one that's actually fit for purpose

Air fryer faulty and dangerous, purchased 4 weeks ago when I was away so unable to return to the retailer, Tower refuse, to repair, replace or refund. Therefore their so called warranty is futile

Ordered my dual vortex Air fryer on 1st December paid for next day delivery now 15th December still waiting Evri said they had it on 2nd December and it was out for delivery..Still waiting after numerous emails to Tower and Evri ..Still waiting..you can't ring Tower they make sure of that but by a real fluke I got connected via the guarantee registration line and actually talked to them they have since blocked this line and guess what..Still waiting this is a diabolical company I am paying through Klarna who have suspended further payments but I now have to wait until 1st January before they can resolve the dispute and repay my first payment.... do not waste your money on Tower housewares they are a total rip off SCAM

I can't rate it as I haven't received it??? Who knows where it is, very disappointed. As other review have mentioned delivery is poor. Probably blame it on the weather. 8/9 days since ordering, I just have an evri message saying delayed.

Firstly I placed and paid for the order only to be told it was out of stock. I was given a date the item was to be restocked and sent out. This came and went so I ordered elsewhere and mailed Tower to cancel. Then my item was dispatched. I accepted delivery and arranged a return with Tower. This was over a month ago and despite sending emails and dealing with the same person (Carina) I’m still waiting for a refund. Not a good experience and I wouldn’t recommend

Broken product arrived - plastic inside trim in pieces. Phone number on invoice just refers you to email so pointless - unable to speak with anyone. Email says they take 7 working days to reply. No reply on socials but constantly posting marketing on their socials. I’m hoping I can get a refund but at the moment have zero hope. No simple return method like any other company - just have to wait for an email. Will never recommend tower to anyone and will never use them again.

Do not buy from this company. I bought an Airfryer for £109 and it turned up damaged and when you call Tower a recorded message informs you that they dont want to talk to customers so you have to email them. Thats how little they think of their customers. They couldnt be arsed to speak to you. So now I have a faulty product which was a christmass present and have to wait for Tower to get round to emailing me about it, and everytime I email them you know the response will take days and days. Do yourself a favour and skip this company.

5 Litre Draught Beer Keg Dispenser Could not get this product to work, used all the gas bottles trying, instructions did not explain things properly. Will be returning.

Ordered a mini oven nearly 3 weeks ago, never received it, have tried to contact customer service and still nor received a response. The oven is for my 80 year old mother in law whose old oven has broken. So she is without a cooker. I paid extra for next day delivery. I really didn't expect this sort of service.

I can't rate a product I have not received, paid for next day delivery (8 days after ordering still not received) if your product is anything like your service then its rubbish

My order 56708 did not arrive,I ve emailed Tower quite a few times and had no response apart from automated emails,I am £199 out of pocket and will not be recommending this company

I would not recommend ordering anything from tower. I ordered 3 items in November, still not received. No contact number anywhere that actually lets you speak to a human and no response to emails! Terrible service

I have contacted customer service to tell them the fryer has a large scratch on it. I have submitted pictures. Also the box was damaged when it arrived. It was only in the Tower box, no other box or plastic wrapping. X
