Firstly I placed and paid for the order only to be told it was out of stock. I was given a date the item was to be restocked and sent out. This came and went so I ordered elsewhere and mailed Tower to cancel. Then my item was dispatched.
I accepted delivery and arranged a return with Tower. This was over a month ago and despite sending emails and dealing with the same person (Carina) I’m still waiting for a refund.
Not a good experience and I wouldn’t recommend
