“We traveled from Lancashire to Uttoxeter and were disappointed that all three items we wished to purchase were not on view. Very polite sales staff. Pleasantly surprised that items were in stock and delivered in three working days. Disappointed that one item (smallest of a nest of tables) was damaged and had to be replaced. Offered a discount if we accepted the damage but Top Furniture seemed a little inflexible in resolving the issue. We have therefore asked for a complete replacement set to be delivered.”

“Staff booking delivery were organised and informed. Delivery was prompt and drivers helpful, even gave advice on how to unbox and build. Finally managed to unbox and build today, easy to assemble, table is absolutely beautiful and exactly what I wanted. Only fault was over-delivery on absolutely everything. 😜 Thank you.”

“Excellent furniture and service, ordered 3 bedroom items and they were delivered 10 days later. The furniture is excellent quality and the drivers were very friendly and helpful even carrying furniture upsatirs. Very prompt communication prior to ordering. Has been an absolute pleasure to deal with Top Furniture.”

“Excellent, helpful customer service, was kept in touch with order delivery dates, delivered on time, unloaded into the house, no problems, very happy with our furniture (tv unit). Would recommend Top Furniture. Been let down and messed around with nationwide furniture departments before. This will be my go to store in future.”

“Ordered 4 Oak dining chairs on behalf of my Mum. They were delivered 48 hours after placing the order by two very polite men. They unwrapped the chairs and placed then where she wanted. Mum is over the moon with her purchase, comfort and quality excellent. Great people to do business with, Thanks.”

“I ordered two bedside cabinets, a dressing table and large chest of drawers, they arrived well packaged, undamaged - hooray! - and absolutely lovely. Would highly recommend, if you are thinking of buying from this company do not worry, the furniture is really good quality and I would buy from them again.”

“We have just had a loft conversion done and decided to splash out on some expensive furniture, so we ordered a side unit and a wardrobe (£1800 in total). There were several issues we encountered: 1. On the website it's advertised that the furniture can be taken to any room in the house, sales assured us this was the case, both our sets of stairs were wide enough to accommodate the delivery but customer support phoned and said it's not on the website and they won't be doing this. 2. Delivery arrived, the fixings from the wardrobe are missing, I contact support and they arrange to have them delivered. 3. The fixing arrive the next day but are missing the handles, I speak to support again who assure me they will be sent out correctly this time. 4. Several days later the handles arrive, they are supplied with the incorrect screws in that the length is too small fortunately we have some builders on site who have the correct length screws. 5. After finally attaching the screws we discover that one of the wardrobe doors doesn't actually close. So what was meant to be a nice treat for us has turned into a complete nightmare, we've also had some terrible news to deal with during this period and this extra overhead hasn't helped at all. Despite the furniture being very nice, I couldn't possibly recommend this company to anyone. I hope you can address this feedback for any future customers.”

“I have ordered bench on 22nd March 2022 with express delivery paying extra £10/= and still I’m waiting for my delivery and I called three times to sales team and they promised me that they will get back to me with update from 25th March but until today I didn’t hear from them. Today 2 of sales persons says that they will get back to me with a update before 5p.m. And I was calling them after 5p.m again and no one pick-up my call. Really disappointed about all their service and this is the first time I ordered from this company and if anyone wanna buy pls check reviews and order.”

“Solid, robust dining chairs, nicely finished and prompt delivery. Could do with nylon or Teflon 'feet' to ensure no scraping when inevitably dragged. Would recommend.”
