Initial delivery was not good. The delivery men refused to take the furniture upstairs. However, having contacted customer service they quickly rectified this. They sent round 3 men to move the furniture and were overall extremely helpful and informative. It seems a shame that my first experience was so poor as from what I can see the rest of the company runs very smoothly and the rest of the staff seem very polite.
