“The Bosch advanced cut was delivered super fast. Unfortunately the guide rail adapter was missing from the box. I telephoned the company straight away and got through to customer services very quickly. Spoke to Dave and he said he would look into it and get back to me in 15 minutes. I waited an hour and telephoned back and spoke to Alice who told me Dave had gone home, so I told her the problem and she said she would look into and telephone me back in 30 minutes.waited another hour and telephoned again. Spoke to someone else and she said she would get Alice to telephone me back. Waited another hour and finally got an answer. Apparently none of the Bosch boxes contained a guide rail adapter. She said that they would get in touch with Bosch and get a guide rail adapter and forward it onto me. So I am waiting for a result.”

“I had phoned to order 2 reels of strimmer wire. My order was taken over the phone and the deliverly date was in July. I wanted the order a bit quicker than that . I was asked if I wanted a click and collect which I could pick up within a day. I got a few messages tracking my order and one said its now in packing for delivery. I phoned to explain that I wanted a click and collect . I was told the message was in error and that i could come and collect the order. when I got to the store I was told the order over the telephone was always for delivery and in future it would have to be online for a click and collect. The assistant who took my order did put it aside and the order was located fairly quickly.”

“Very good price for garden strimmer, but I was informed that it would be about 7 days for the delivery due to Lockdown. I eventually got it 2-3 weeks later. I will have to review the company as average, and give them the benefit of doubt, due to the current circumstances, as I think they could be a good company.”

“Very difficult to say as I cannot tell whether it has been received or not (there was no tracking number). The parcel was directed to a NZPost address in GB, as Tooled-up didn't allow to send directly to New Zealand. This NZPost branch will forward to NZ, but I have not received confirmation of receipt yet. If Tooled-up would send directly to NZ, it would be easier to rate highly.”

“Good value, arrived quickly (though I've yet to test it). However, when I rang to ask how long the power cord was (as I couldn't find it on the website) they couldn't tell me - they said they couldn't take one out of the box to check. And yet when the box arrived it stated clearly on the front of the box that the cord was 12 meters. Even if they couldn't spot the text on the box (which was not small!) why couldn't they have opened it and measured it? Felt a bit like 'more than my jobs worth' response to my call.”

“The drill was great but the box had clearly been opened before so I am not sure how new it actually was. I have accepted it on the basis that it had not been apparently used much if at all.”
