I had phoned to order 2 reels of strimmer wire. My order was taken over the phone and the deliverly date was in July. I wanted the order a bit quicker than that . I was asked if I wanted a click and collect which I could pick up within a day. I got a few messages tracking my order and one said its now in packing for delivery. I phoned to explain that I wanted a click and collect . I was told the message was in error and that i could come and collect the order. when I got to the store I was told the order over the telephone was always for delivery and in future it would have to be online for a click and collect. The assistant who took my order did put it aside and the order was located fairly quickly.
