“The surveyor Rodney Smith carried out a damp survey on my property. Rodney was incredibly helpful with all the advice he provided. He was able to explain the various damp proofing options in a way that was easy to understand. He was extremely patient and thorough in his approach and made sure he answered all the questions I had put to him. All done in a friendly, down to earth and approachable manner that was greatly appreciated. Thank you to Timberwise and Rodney smith for providing fantastic advice. I look forward to receiving the quotation for damp proofing works.”

“Had a survey done this week by the lovely Carla (Northwich office). I was concerned and had previously been led to believe, by another company, that I had ‘raging rising damp’. She was very thorough and informative and assured me the problem is condensation, not rising damp. She gave suggestions on what needed to be done which is nowhere near as invasive as I imagined. I am very grateful for her honesty and now feel so much more knowledgeable about the situation. Thank you so much.”

“Today Ashley George came to see my property as I have a damp problem and I was concerned it was rising or penetrating damp. It is unsightly and has been worrying me. It turned out to be caused by condensation and Ashley was very helpful and reassuring on how best to tackle the problem. I have already taken action. I would highly recommend them.”

“The communication prior to the work being done made us feel at ease as we knew what to expect and how to prepare to streamline the work! When Norman, jack, Adrian and Justin came to damp proof the house and plaster the walls they made great progress daily, professional and always were polite and courteous through their time. Justin and Norman specifically gave us advice which demonstrated their expertise in their field which was much appreciated. After every working day they would put all their tools away neatly, tell us the schedule of working the day ahead and vacuumed maintaining the cleanliness as best they could which we found really respectful and appreciated it. Thank you so much for the great service.”

“The whole end to end service from survey to quote, booking the works in and then having them carried out was so simple and easy. Lovely to talk to real people in this age of AI. Norman who carried out the work on the day was very considerate and diligent. This is the second time I’ve used their wood worm services ( different works) and id defiantly recommend them.”

“We had a very efficient, friendly, knowledgeable surveyor come to assess our North Devon property, and then the damp proofing work was carried exactly as and when we agreed. Overall we were delighted (did have to prompt the office into sending the guarantee, but no problem at all). Thank you to he team.”
