From the minute I phoned this company, (in a huge panic having discovered some woodworm beetles and very worried about the infestation spreading), I was treated beautifully by both people I spoke with, and they could not have been more helpful. Firstly Luke who answered the phone was kindness itself, and although in my particular situation he thought it might not come within Timberwise remit (mine seemed to be a furniture issue rather than structural woodworm) he went to great lengths finding sources of help for me (suggesting ways to find the correct specialist if needed). He then arranged for Gary, one of Timberwise surveyors, to phone and advise me anyway. Within 5 minutes Gary had phoned, he then spent time patiently explaining the reason for the reappearance of the little blighters following previous treatment by another company, and totally reassured me that this is normal, and what to do about it. I am not well, and the thought of having to deal with another seemingly big problem on top was very distressing. At no time did Luke or Gary treat me like a stupid little old woman (which happens often in my dealings with other tradesmen). Instead they went out of their way to give me swift answers and complete reassurance, even though it didn't result in a job for Timberwise on this occasion. It certainly will in future if I ever have need for their services, and because of their kindness, knowledge and professionalism I will recommend them to everyone I know who needs them.
