“The training was much involving and highly practical with video explanations. It gives you much information about pediatric first aid. “Suzanne was amazing! Best training I had in years! I would recommend Suzanne (from Tigerlily) to anyone. She combined the theoretical with the practical demonstrations, explaining everything in a very professional manner, and down to each learner's level, as each of us may have a different style of learning, but she managed to tick all boxes for everyone that took part in her training. Very understanding and empathetic to all sensitive cases that some of us have been through, listening and providing further guidance where needed. I feel more confident now after her training. “I would highly recommend Suzanne and Mark from Tigerlily Training for the Paediatric First Aid Training I attended in Bournemouth. They were both very welcoming and put us at ease from the start. Their sense of humour made the training more palatable and engaging and they made sure that we all had a good go at the practical elements. “The videos are too long and for the move forward button is a waste of time. if you're aware of basic first aid. You should be able to move forward on things you know from experience.”

“Today, I attended my Full Pediatric First Aid Course, and it was one of the best courses I've ever taken. As a nanny, this was my fourth time updating my knowledge, and I found it incredibly valuable. The First Aid Trainer, Falek, was extremely professional and ensured that we all thoroughly understood and correctly learned the life-saving techniques. We covered essential skills like CPR, using an AED, and how to respond to various situations involving injuries, bleeding, burns, choking, seizures, anaphylaxis, and more. It was an extremely helpful experience, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to learn from such a dedicated trainer. Thank you, Falek!”
