She combined the theoretical with the practical demonstrations, explaining everything in a very professional manner, and down to each learner's level, as each of us may have a different style of learning, but she managed to tick all boxes for everyone that took part in her training. Very understanding and empathetic to all sensitive cases that some of us have been through, listening and providing further guidance where needed. I feel more confident now after her training.
