Beggars!!!! Avoid avoid, worst agent in uk, this company will never grow up, they will remain where they are in bottom, scammers saying 3 months to refund my money after £150 pound of deduction for my 3 tickets, customer service is full of goons and monkeys, trained only for delaying refunds. I will never ever book tickets from them neither will recommend anyone. Please avoid, I would rather book tickets directly from airlines, it’s better than dealing with this pathetic baboons. Keep my £150 you homeless people.

When I booked my tickets by phone and I asked them is there is any hidden charges , they said no . So I booked my flight return tickets. But afterwards “my flight was cancel by airline due to covid 19.Waiting for full refund now tickets to india charging £50 pound as admin fees. airline gave them full refund even they want £50 When I spoke to airline they said you should get full money from where you bought the ticket Good thing is i spoken to my bank they said you will get full refund. i made dispute claim against them. I was recommended this online ticket company by one of my colleague in the year 2016, i purchased my first ticket with this company to go to India in Oct 2016 and since than i was purchasing tickets for my parents and for my family through this company. But what i encountered in the year 2020 with this company when i happened to purchase the tickets for my parents to fly to India in the month of April 2020. I happened to purchase the tickets in the month of February 2020 with my Credit Card. Since the Covid-19 was spreading quickly at a very fast pace all over the world. In India lockdown was announced in the month of April 2020 to May 2020. And no international flights were allowed in India and the need to go to India was not required after the month of April. So we decided to call the customer service at tickets to india asking what will happen to my money i paid. I tried calling first few times and all i could get the answer from them was we are not working at the moment and there is limited people who can answer my query. When i got connected to one of the associate at the customer service and when i have asked about my refund, the person told me we cant refund you the Money instead we will issue vouchers. But the vouchers were not helpful as there was no plans to go to India atleast for 1.5yrs. I requested them i want to have my money refunded in to my credit card. But they kept on insisting for vouchers. The associate at the customer service asked me to send an email at customer service and refund department for the refund. I have sent an email on 14th April 2020 asking them for my refund and also mentioned that if no body gets back to me, i will go for the charge back and dispute the transaction with my card issuer. But none from the both the team happened to reply to my email and also attempted one more time a phone and mentioned them that i have sent an email, Since nobody bothered to reply my email from both the teams. I contacted my bank for the dispute of the transaction and the Money was refunded in to my account in the month of April 2020 after disputing the transaction and i was advised by the bank 45 days are given to tickets to india to prove from their side for the transaction, but the refund team took more than 45 days and re debited my card again in the Month of August nearly after 3 months that is more than 45 days. When i contacted my bank they said i need to speak to the ticket issuer for my refund and when i Happened to contact the customer service is encountered all the bullying tactics by Ranveer, Amit and Austin was so rude when he used to talk. I can say they spoke very rudely each time i called the customer care and all they were insisting to contact refund department, when i happened to send an email to refund department, Avna from refund department replied to my email very rudely, no customer etiquettes, no politnes and no yes i can do attitude. Avna replied to my only 2 emails instead of sending more than few emails. Being a customer from 2016 they treated me very very rudely and told me that there will be deduction of £120 for each passenger £50 handling fees and £70 for the chargeback as it cost them, I was chasing them to get my full money refunded and all they deducted from my money was £240. But it was all vain and i got the balance money refunded. I would request please please keep away from this fraudulent people, they dont care about customers. I have made a firm decision from now on i will never ever return back to tickets to india to buy tickets for my family. We are family of 7 people and i can say this should make difference since i purchased tickets from 2016. Not only that i did recommend the site to my friends and family. But now on i wont do this stupidity, recommending fraudulent sites to anyone.

These guys are absolutely ridiculous.. i have made aformal complaint for a refund which they took from me as a fare difference due to covid flight cancellations. I spoke to airlines and have been told they dint charge any fare difference for flight cancellations. These guys are not returning the money they took from me. WORST EVER CUSTOMER SERVICE. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

These comments are based upon my own TRUE PERSONAL EXPERIENCE and talking to other customers with recent dealings with TICKETS TO INDIA LTD They are the most disgusting low life company you will ever deal with. Their CEO is SURESH KUMAR a likely indian tycoon with his family involved in the business making monies from VULNERABLE people during this difficult covid times. They use alias ENGLISH NAMES to disguise their INDIA mentality and Customer service skills. Beware of a Mr NICK CLOUT this is an alias and likely to be called Scheming low life GUPTA. He is the person who will deal with your complaint in an aggressive unprofessional manner. Their antics include offering flights during a pandemic to INDIA when there are no planes allowed with certain carriers and then cancelling at last minute with prolonged refund times and CHARGING ADMIN FEES. Their iliterate INDIAN AGENT NAMED WITH FAKE ENGLISH NAMES then consider to overcharge and make you purchase a new ticket when you need to make changes to an already purchased AIR INDIA VBM ticket to make money. These people who head this organisation are making money and you should consider an alternative TRAVEL AGENCY which has MORAL and BASIC HUMANITY.

I have been purchasing tickets for my yearly trips to India. This year because of Covid 19 was unable to fly on regular return tickets. It was by Qatar Airlines,which had cancelled the flights few times and as a result I was stuck for almost four months in total with elderly vulnerable mother. I kept them posted on regularly. I was charged to RESERVE THE SEATS for Qatar airways for different date that too within 24 hours. I had to purchase extremely pricey one way tickets to the UK as part of Vande Bharat mission by Air india, as Qatar Airways had no precise dates for the departure. After finally returning back, Tickets to india took their own time JUST to refund the charge for reserving the seats in the second flight. I should be refunded half of what was not used and being my agent they should be supporting me, instead they tend to turn blind eye and sitting on my money since I booked tickets in January 2020. They simply shifted their responsibilities on the Airlines? I did not buy directly from Qatar Airlines and paid money in full to Tickets to India so why should the refund become airlines's concern? I should get half of my tickets worth from Tickets to India itself. Extremely frustrated and disheartening even after providing all the evidences to prove my situation. I would request everyone to stay away from such a company who simply mints money at any cost,even in life changing situation as Covid 19.

Stay away from this unprofessional agent. They found the current pandemic situation as a perfect opportunity to charge admin fees to their clients when they are not entitled to charge such fees under their own T&C's. This looks even worse when they themselves emailed the customers confirming they will receive full refund.

When I pointed this out I didn't get a response from their refund team. When I call or chat online they direct me to their refund team again. A complete shambolic service. So now I'm going to take legal action. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, stay away!

Be careful when booking flight with ticket to India. They are fraud when come to make changes or refund with flight. I have book ticket with them few times. First time I lost all my money was in 2012 when kingfisher airlines got bankrupt. No refund was made until now. I thought now they might be good so I book flight again with them for turkey Antalya in dec 2019 and now due to Coronavirus my flight has been suspended so I have send email to refund the ticket but no reply. Call Turkish airlines they said as you have bought ticket with ticket to India so they will issue a refund. As we have process the refund to them on 19 march 2020. I call ticket to India this morning and ask for refund they said we did not receive any refund so you need to call airlines. Now I don’t no who to speak as ticket to India don’t take any responsibility so will be loosing £1240. So be careful when booking with them spend little bit more and go with reputable travel company like booking.com or Expedia. As I have book my hotel with booking.com non refundable and still they have refund my money and waive of cancellation fee due to coranavirus. Did big mistake booking flight with them. From last 15 days when I call they are lying on the phone that we have apply for refund from Turkish airlines. Some day they say wait until 30 April until lockdown. As all airlines contact centre is close. Spoke with navneet one of the advisor he said go ahead and get the refund from Turkish airlines. They are rude on a phone. As I have purchase the ticket with ticket to India. If you want to loose your money then book ticket with them.

Very very unprofessional staff specially Austin and Nick.. they just ripping money from the customers.. I booked my flights tickets from them but due to coronavirus my flight was cancelled and I asked them to change my travel dates which was free of cost. But on the name of fair Difference they charged another £170. When I check my new travel dates same time flight dates was cheaper than whatever I have paid.. after that I complaint them.. they were shouting and keep disconnecting the phone.. people Please donot buy any tickets from them. Just go to directly to air flights provider. They will change dates free of cost no any extra charges.. NICK shouldn't be work their.. if hes doesnt know how to talk to customers. Shame Shame on you guys.. very very Very rude, unprofessional people...

I have tried calling tickets to India multiple times in the last few days, asking about a refund for our flights. I understand that there are flights that require attention that are happening sooner, however we have put in a request many days ago. At first they said it would take 48 hours. Following on from this, when I called, they said it would take 3-4 days. Calling after 4 days, the man on the phone was very rude and abrupt and told me that they would tell me one day before the flight was due to leave about my refund, which I find quite alarming that no one would have replied to my email for 2 and a half weeks. I specifically only asked for an email to be sent to me detailing when I would receive the refund but was denied this and kept being told I didn’t understand. As I was expressing my concerns on the phone, he went quiet and, then put the phone down on me as he could not give me any rational as to why it was so delayed. I thought maybe, the phone cut off, however I called back and the same thing happened when he could not answer my questions and he put the phone down on me again. This is very unprofessional and I am thoroughly displeased as to how the situation has been handled, trying to fob me off with a random number of days that they will get back to me, just to get me off the phone. I will not be booking again with ticketstoIndia.

Booked a ticket for India and now because of Coronavirus spread Govt of India suspends travel to country. I am trying to contact TicketsToIndia on phone but nobody answers. Tried to contact them through web chat, an agent named Simran connected then left asking to wait. I was waiting for around 30 mins like a fool. I bought through them first time and this is my last too. Would never come back and will tell my friends, relatives about my experience. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE Bought my original Ticket for £568. Now trying to change it for a ticket with a price of £466, which is also advertised on TicketsToIndia website. They still told me to pay £50 fair change. DISGUSTING & GREEDY PEOPLE

They are scammers, they claimed a £145 fee for date change when the flight was already cancelled for that day and I was entitled to change my booking for free. Customer support are rude and stupid. They will do anything but help

Ticketstoindia Dishonest, Misleading, Unprofessional & Non transparent Ticketstoindia team fails to mention both in FARE RULES and IMPORTANT NOTES section, (1) If you miss your departure flight for any reason, you would not be allowed to board the return flight with Air India??? which means you would lose your whole ticket money! (2) If you need to change 1st departure journey, the change can cost almost the price of whole return ticket around $400???” Isn’t not explaining important terms clearly at the point of sales is a case of deception and unethical practice??? (3)Ticketstoindia.co.uk is non transparent because despite my several emails they have not yet explained since last 15 days what is the CLEAR break up of BASE FAIR and ALL the TAXES instead went silent and how they calculate CHARGES around $400 related to simple change in departure journey? (4)Ticketstoindia is dishonest because when their discrepancies were highlighted to them they first went silent and later dishonestly changed the terms and stated that those terms were there before without realizing I have evidence of their dishonest practice. I have reported this matter to their senior management and parent company Acetrip ltd and guess what they also went silent. I have waited enough and I am going to highlight ticletstoindia malpractice not only on various reviews portals but across major news sites.
