These guys are absolutely ridiculous.. i have made aformal complaint for a refund which they took from me as a fare difference due to covid flight cancellations. I spoke to airlines and have been told they dint charge any fare difference for flight cancellations. These guys are not returning the money they took from me. WORST EVER CUSTOMER SERVICE.
