“The quality of the shoes is outstanding. I loved the shoes but I needed them for business attire, not quite right for me. However my next pair of dress shoes will be from your company / incredible quality and the price is right!”

“The oxfords I ordered were very well made and top quality. Shipping to the US was extremely fast and I believe they were shipped out the same day I placed the order. Customer service was also a wonderful experience. I will definitely order from them in the very near future and would recommend Thomas Bird without hesitation. A+”

“Before purchase, I got an email that will get a gift item with my purchase, but never seen not gift except the two shoes I bought for 475 pounds. Customer service response is poor. When I want to make a purchase I got a response which item is available, but when one of the shoes I bought did not fit and I want to send it back I couldn't get a shipping label or procedure how to go about it. And I kept sending email yet no response.”

“I am VERY PLEASED with my purchase from Thomas Bird London. The shoes are beautiful but equally important is the customer service I received. Since I am not from the UK, I needed to adjust my US size to UK sizing; not difficult, but I did have some questions. The Associates at Thomas Bird immediately responded to my inquiries and provided clear answers which helped me make what I feel was the right choice for my needs. Throughout my entire purchase process my questions involving sizing, color, and accessories were answered quickly and clearly. I will definitely purchase from Thomas Bird again.”

“The boots I ordered arrived I really liked them they were just too small. I sent them back for another style the process to send them back was efficient. Do yourself a favor order the self postage from Thomas Bird much cheaper than sending them back on your own. Awaiting for my exchanged pair. Thomas Bird responded to all my emails no complaints on my end.”
