“I’d probably use PiHut again, but they’re not my first choice. The shipping was painfully slow—about two weeks to get the order, and no tracking either. They claim I picked this option at checkout, but I’m sure that’s not right. When the box finally arrived, it was damaged, and there was no packing material, so everything was just rattling around. Still, the price was right and there support was response, though not terribly helpful.”

“Items all correct and arrived swiftly. However, there was no packing in the box which contained a Pi Zero and 2 heavy PSU which were all rattling around🙄.”

“Your processing of my order was fine, but the delivery by DHL was totally frustrating. It took a very long time, it would just for what seemed like day in cities along the route (London, somewhere in Germany, Montreal), then reported an attempted delivery to my home (no way, my wife & I were both home at the time stated), then no more info. I found the item, later that day, in my community mail box.”

“Fast delivery and easy to understand product descriptions, although I wish I had known to just buy what I need instead of buying kits. Things are a little expensive but it's an entirely curated list of components.”

“Items at PiHut are always perfect for my projects, they have a wide variety which you can easily find anything you are looking for. Shipment to the US was acceptable on time but the price wasn't too good. If PiHut would have better prices for delivery, I would find myself buying often. Lastly, prices of the items I bought were also acceptable, I have found cheaper prices and I would buy with them next time.”

“I liked the products I ordered from you just fine; they're straightforwardly designed and worked as described. Adding the qwiic/stemma connector made them easier to use with other tools too. The only part of the experience I was not happy with was the shipping through Shop. It was slow, there was almost no information from them in transit, and the whole Shop experience feels just kinda creepy. I can't escape the feeling that they're telling Google everything about my purchases.”

“As before , the Actual Arduino shield is probably working, I have yet to build a die cast box to protect and hold the Arduino Mega and this shield. As before, The dispatch and post was swift . As before, the packaging was more than adequate. The Shield was , as before, boancing around the much larger box. However, as again before, No Receipt or desciptive paperwork was provided.”

“The WiFi dongle advertised as ideal for the Raspberry Pi is not a good size as it is wide and blocks the Ethernet port and the adjacent USB port. Not something that I would say was built or ideal for the Raspberry Pi. It works fine but causes less access. I can just squeeze a smaller ethernet adapter that I have into the space but not another USB device adjacent to the level the WiFi dongle is in. Dissapointed”

“No problems with the items I ordered but really anoyed at the shipping costs. Two items, a home assistant green and a battery in one small box, but charged £3.90 delivery for each item. This is exhorbitant. I suppose it's what comes of being the only supplier.”

“The capacitors are mostly ok but many were more than 20% off their nominal value which isn't really acceptable. Unfortunately that includes all but one of the 100nF capacitors which are very commonly needed.”

“I usually give 5 star reviews when purchasing from Pi Hut but sadly not this time. The Wi-Fi adapter doesn't work with my Raspberry Pi 5, but it does work with an old Raspberry Pi 3. I needed a Wi-Fi adapter because the Argon case I bought (although excellent) is metal and kills the Wi-Fi signal. I've spent several hours trying to get the adapter to work and even got ChatGPT 4o on the case to find a fix but no joy so far. After a reboot the adapter works for a short time then I get socket errors reported by Speedtest Ookla. After that a reboot is required to get the Pi back in the land of the living. This suggests a firewall problem but many attempts to overcome it have failed. The search for a solution continues 🙂”

“my s'hoping experience was great last Sunday, thanks got my Raspi 5 an' 'da hat 4 nvme, Friday got ma' 2 2350's,thanks, good job but.....I could not get...your famous NVME as ya' did not want 2 accept my card, no thanks 4 that a good friend ordered 1 NVME 4 me, thanks 2 him, that is friends r 4 I love pihut when I get what I wish on order, but since things change, I cannot.........order simply ................dono'”

“The product is working well but the delivery was mentioned for 3 days and then when I paid it was written from the date to 2 weeks later. I made the order because I needed the product quickly. I bought the same prpduct ln aliexpress for 3 rimes mess the price and the item was received way before this delivery. I am asking myself if yoir prpvider isn't aliexpress.”
