Your processing of my order was fine, but the delivery by DHL was totally frustrating. It took a very long time, it would just for what seemed like day in cities along the route (London, somewhere in
Germany, Montreal), then reported an attempted delivery to my home (no way, my wife & I were both home at the time stated), then no more info. I found the item, later that day, in my community mail box.
