I placed an order for aqua panels and other items 3 weeks ago for a project I was working on - the order confirmed with a 7-10 day delivery advised, on day 10 I contacted to be told another 2-3 days. I called again this week to be told initially I had no order, then they found the order but the items were out of stock and would be some time next week - I explained the story so far to be met with very little empathy for my situation, when I asked for a refund so I could source the panels elsewhere I was told 7-10 days to refund. They offered to call me back the next day with an update, the update came and I was told delivery would be 26th September - which although annoying still meant I could complete the project in the time frame. I was yesterday updated with delivery would be next week due to an issue with the van. When I explained the urgency and what else could they do considering the delays I had already encountered - their only suggestion was I drive from Birmingham to Huddersfield to collect myself and they would compensate me. I have this morning driven to collect the items to be met with no apology, no compensation and further out of pocket due to a days work being lost and fuel. I have experienced really poor service, they may answer the calls but lack of urgency to complete orders and resolve issues needs to be addressed.

After speaking to all the staff that were involved in your delivery, the initial delay was compounded by our delivery vehicle being involved in an accident. We did communicate every step but accept that your delivery fell below our delivery expectations. My understanding is that our customer service team have been in touch. I ordered the blue stone, showerwall panels. I was advised that they would be delivered on Tuesday but they didn’t arrive. I telephoned the panel company and they contacted showerwall. They and I in turn, were advised that the product could not be produced or delivered until the end of September. I asked for the order to be cancelled and that my money be returned. This was done but 2 days later the boards turned up. I was about to telephone you to tell you that they had arrived and that I needed to purchase them. However our bathroom fitter opened the boxes to find that one was tongue and grove and that the other was flat sided and together they were useless. I telephoned you and you picked them up 3 days later. I have now finished my bathroom but purchased the panals elsewhere, but not the blue stone.Therefore you can imagine my experience with the company is one that I would like to forget.

I have communicated with Panel Company to raise my concern over my order and have been assured that it will be delivered on time. Unfortunately, I found out that one of the Panel Company's staff has cancelled my order and at the end did not arrive on time which cost me more than days of labour's fee. Later it was resolved after I talked to more knowledgeable staff. But it was only by luck that I have decided to picked up the phone and tried to find out the status of my order. I also found out that one of the end cap that I received has smaller size (i.e. 6 mm) than 8 mm that I ordered.

Like wallpaper, all our panels are manufactured with batch numbers which means there might be a slight colour variation. Due to the significant time between both orders unfortunately, it looks like we may have changed batches within this time. DON'T ORDER FORM THESE CLOWNS ! The website says in stock, I ordered they took the money then said sorry out of stock, we will let you know when we have them in stock again. They haven't suggested a date or a time scale. Useless staff at London branch rude and unhelpful.

3 of the 4 panels arrived damaged. They were only in a thin layer of cardboard which doesn't offer enough protection if care isn't taken. Then called up to speak to customer services who said they would arrange replacements, 5 days later and I've not heard anything and had to chase to see despite me saying I was on a deadline for completing work. Really disappointed

Bought panels waited for delivery nobody arrived. The driver told the manager he couldn’t find the address when a sat nav brings you to the gate! Another delivery arranged. Waited again but this time an installer was also waiting to fit the panelling. Nobody arrived. Phone call was made to be told that no paperwork was there and our order wasn’t loaded. Fitter went to another job but needed 50% of his money. We received 20% refund and a man with a van delivered our order 2 hours after stated. What a joke

Never buy off this firm ! They say 4 to 7 days delivery, after 10 days they delivered the wrong stuff, no apology, driver said he would sort it and deliver next day ( didn't hear from them ! ) left to me after another 4 days to chase them up , after several ,more phone calls they have promised ( verbally) to deliver in 4 days time , what poor customer service ! No email to confirm, And I'm still waiting so watch this space !

Was given a 1 hour time slot when ordering then it went to 2 hours then it went to 2.3/4 hours not a good company or honest company in my opinion hence wont be ordering again

Although we do aim to deliver within the 1 hour predicted time slot, from time to time our drivers may experience delays when travelling distance on the motorway due to accidents that are unfortunately not in our control. Our delivery system will always notify you by text to keep you informed of any changes to the expected time of arrival. Order placed 30/1/2024, eight days later no contact regarding delivery date so as advised I contacted Bristol. They called back within the hour to advise that delivery is direct from the manufacturer, and I was given a delivery date for a further eight days later 16/02/2024. I replied and asked why, if a delivery date could be arranged with the manufacturer within an hour, why was it not done straight away when I placed the order, instead of keeping me waiting for eight days, and then me having to chase it up. Delivery was made on that day, but as I had already suspected, not by someone from the manufacturer, but by a panel company driver. I emailed a complaint and received a response stating that this would be passed up the line to higher management who would investigate and either call or email their response. As of todays date 29/03/2024 I have heard nothing I assume that their investigation is being done so methodical and in depth that it is taking this long ?, or could it be that they have washed their hands of it ?? Won't hold my breath for a response anytime soon. Disgraceful customer service.

Unreliable Unreliable, bad communication, no order tracking. You get a text message to say order being delivered, then on the day they message you to say delivery cancelled due to "unforeseen circumstances". Called up customer service, get told driver is sick. I tell them ok this order is important and it's 175 mile journey for me, want to make sure this doesn't happen tomorrow for when it's rescheduled and they have a different driver. Customer service say that it would be unbelievable coincidence if there was another delay. Next day comes..... another text message... "Due to unforeseen circumstances....." Well now they're just taking the **** Called them up and told van has broken down. They've got some cowboys working in logistics. Cancelled the order after they said they'd definitely deliver it next day. Can't trust them to deliver, imagine if you have an issue with the product what a hassle it will be to get it rectified. Their Logistics manager isn't brightest spark either. Absolutely pathetic.

Still waiting for the order I placed on 4th March. Its now the 20th. No communication. Contacted the assigned warehouse (Bristol) to find out what's going on and got an email back saying there been a stock issue my items are due soon. No suggestion of time frame of likely delivery! Terrible lack of communication and transparency.

Unfortunately, it’s been nearly 3 weeks since I purchased panels from this company and to date I still haven’t received the goods that have been paid for. Disappointingly, no asssurance has been provided in regard to a firm date of when I can expect them either - so I’m not impressed!

Very bad customer service,has no skills to deal with customers. My order came short ,they knew about it they played dumb,cost me more money to go and buy from some where else as they advised me , because is too fare to deliver what's missing which is not my problem. They only give a refund for what's missing they didn't take any responsibility for the extra cost a curred or my time dealing with them missing me about.

I am not happy about the product, I order two times and the first one was fine but I needed a second order to complete the wall and then the panels arrived a little off and the long one was shorter then the first order and the background and sides were white instead of black, which was what I ordered. I struggled to complete it but I managed to do it because I had no choice.

Panels ordered 30/1/24. No communication received regarding delivery by 8/2/24 so I emailed Bristol. I received an answer within an hour stating that these panels are delivered direct from manufacturer, and I was given a delivery date for 16/2/24. This raises two questions; if the delivery is direct from the manufacturer and a date can be arranged within an hour, why was this not done when the order was placed to save me having to wait eight days, and then having to chase it; and secondly, if I had not initiated contact how long would I have been kept waiting before someone actually bothered to do something about arranging the delivery? The delivery is due tomorrow, we will see whether that happens.
