Panels ordered 30/1/24. No communication received regarding delivery by 8/2/24 so I emailed Bristol. I received an answer within an hour stating that these panels are delivered direct from manufacturer, and I was given a delivery date for 16/2/24.
This raises two questions; if the delivery is direct from the manufacturer and a date can be arranged within an hour, why was this not done when the order was placed to save me having to wait eight days, and then having to chase it; and secondly, if I had not initiated contact how long would I have been kept waiting before someone actually bothered to do something about arranging the delivery? The delivery is due tomorrow, we will see whether that happens.
