“Look at google and believe the bad reviews. Ordered light but nothing arrived. contacted them by email, web and phone, no reply. Luckily I used paypal so contacted them and received a refund on 5 minutes, no questions, which leads me to think that I am not the first to ask paypal for my money back...”

“I would compare the reviews here with those on TrustPilot, which are overwhelmingly bad. My experience is that I ordered two tubes and only one came. I complained several times but no reply. So overall, I would probably avoid buying from this company.”

“Don’t bother to order off these. I placed an order and paid for delivery on 8th January, I contacted them 3 times by email and tried calling, nobody is responding! This is a scam! I want my money returning! Order number FO7728”

“Purchased a Cassel LED globe bulb from Lampco a few weeks ago. Despite it having a claimed life of 15000 hours the bulb stopped working after just few hours of use. I have contacted customer services to request replacement but so far no response - disappointing.”

“FRAUD. DO NOT USE!!! I ordered some lightbulbs from this company on 5 December 2022. When it had not arrived by 20 December 2022, I emailed them. No reply. I emailed them again on 2 Jan 2023. Still no reply. Very poor service. I left a message on their Contact form page. No reply to this either. This is the worst company I have dealt with in a long time. Won't be using Easy-lightbulbs.com again. They seem to be linked to Lampco.co.uk - so they're on my FRAUD list too. Regarding the questions below: Was your delivery on time? Never received it Who made the delivery? Again, never received it. Was the item damaged? Never received it How many days did the delivery take? Never received it. How quick did the company reply to your queries. They haven't. Despite 2 emails and one online Contact form on their website. VERY POOR SALES/CUSTOMER SERVICE.”

“I am appalled at the service (first time buyer from the site)- ordered on 3rd Dec (fluorescent tube) and order stated that it would be delivered in 1-5 days, and that I would advised when the delivery would be made. Easy Lightbulbs have NOT answered my emails and I was waiting for over 7 minute in a mysterious queue and decided to post a review. The way they treat customers is typical of fraud and I will look into this company.”

“Despite self-recommendation promising swift delivery and service, despatch was delayed and I still have not received the items, or the requested refund. Replies take several days. I am sorry to say, as I like to support UK companies (which this professes to be) that I cannot recommend.”

“What a total shower. Placed order 5 days ago. Goods showing as in stock. Order accepted, payment taken. Heard nothing. Phoned today to be told order could not be fulfilled - I had been emailed and would be refunded. I had not been emailed. Unable to offer an alternative product. Totally woeful customer experience. Avoid.”
