Placed order 5 days ago. Goods showing as in stock. Order accepted, payment taken.
Heard nothing. Phoned today to be told order could not be fulfilled - I had been emailed and would be refunded. I had not been emailed. Unable to offer an alternative product.
Totally woeful customer experience.
Avoid.
