Believed the lady bird book I purchased to be personalized throughout. It was not, it just had the name of the person in small writing on the cover and a dedication is what I would call it inside the book in the tiniest writing. Delivery took 2 weeks to Ireland and granted covid may add to that but still very slow delivery. I am very disappointed with this purchase and believe it to be a complete waste of money

I have not received the gift I ordered and was told it was delivered by Royal Mail and I should be going to them myself to check. Incredibly poor customer service. I ask for a refund or replacement and was told to visit the Royal Mail depot and check what happened which should be the customer service teams job.

DO NOT BUY! I was really excited to get this for me and my boyfriend to have a movie night in for his birthday as the cinema where we live is still shut. When it arrived the sweets had not been packaged correctly and were all over the box and rest of the food. As this was a hot day also everything was sticky. I had to clean everything, and also throw away the sweets. Not impressed and when I sent an email regarding this, they were not very helpful considering the price for a novelty item.

The writing on the glass was all scratched when it arrived and it had a mark on the front

Wasted £40 on a gift when the engraving was wrong. The obvious mistake was mine but should have been picked up on the order and also before engraving. When I complained, I was told that the whole process was automatic!! Lesson learnt by me and should be taken on board by the company. Bought the exact same gift for half the price from another company, had to wait slightly longer for it. Keep the £15 discount as will not buy from this company again as I thought that they could have been a little bit more helpful, possibly with this discount towards a replacement.

Wrong item delivered ruining a wedding anniversary. Despite 2 emails to the company asking for recompense nothing heard back. Very poor service will never use again

I ordered something nearly 3 weeks ago and it has yet to arrive. I paid £6 for postage and thought it should be tracked but it isn't. I am very disappointed and will not order from this Company again.

I ordered a personalised plant pot - but my coffee mugs are larger. It is absolutely tiny and I would not advise anyone to purchase this item.

I ordered my parents a personalised picture frame for their anniversary. It arrived a day late (which luckily was the very date of their anniversary), and it was wrong. We received someone else’s personalised frame and I’m assuming they received ours. With a gift like this, you can’t afford to not be 100% accurate when packing as it’s personalised. They sent me out a new one, so I had to give my parents their anniversary present a week late.

Very unsatisfactory gift ordered on 20th June not despatched until 26th consequently arrived far too late for the recipients special day no answer to customer service help line despite leaving several messages Will never use again!

Dear Sir I have checked your order and the item was ordered on 22nd JUne at 18:19. It was despatched on the 26th which is the 4th Working Day and we state Despatched within 2 to 4 Working Days. So we were within our stated timescale.

NOT SATISFIED. I ordered a customised items for fathers day so the children could present them to their Dad. Items did not arrive until the week after fathers day. One of the items was damaged when opened. An email has been sent to customer service since the last 3 weeks but no response has been received. Family moment ruined, thank you guys!!!

Pair of Golden Anniversary Mugs- cheap looking, certainly not suitable as part of a very special gift to go with the Golden Anniversary teapot I could have picked the mugs up from a market Very disappointing to say the least, they will now be given as a joke ( probably be used in the garden shed) and more suitable china will be sourced

Never again! I think that when selling fathers day gifts you should allow a cut off date for orders. Saves having upset children. Also some customer service training for your managing director, upset customers dont care if the md is blowing hot air up her own arse do they? Or if they may upset your staff? Im more concerned that i have a sad 4 year old

I received my order 3 weeks late, dealt with someone in customer service with an attitude problem, and get no reply to my refund requests. The item I ordered was terrible quality and I would rather go literally anywhere else in the future.
