NOT SATISFIED. I ordered a customised items for fathers day so the children could present them to their Dad. Items did not arrive until the week after fathers day. One of the items was damaged when opened. An email has been sent to customer service since the last 3 weeks but no response has been received. Family moment ruined, thank you guys!!!
