“Love the "cotton" blanket I bought which looks great on our bed, but I was disappointed to see polyester in the fabric mix when the blanket was promoted as cotton. Tbco could be a bit more transparent about their blends for the price.”

“Pity the scarf ordered didn’t come in a more protective box rather than a brown paper bag. Apparently it’s made in China as per the label not made in Scotland, disappointing.”

“Bought a throw from here some ago, good quality but not what I was looking for returned it and had to wait weeks for a refund, contacted customer service they asked for proof or postage. Send everything no response. Finally, they got back to me with the refund. Quite helpful.”

“Lovely PJs but sizing info incorrect and bottoms too small. Have requested an exchange but still waiting to hear >24hrs later which is not ideal. I have bought several blankets from them and very happy with those however.”

“Lovely product and speedy delivery. Shame the 'gift box' option is just a box containing the items rather than the one pictured with the packing etc as was expecting to have been able to gift it as how it arrived instead of having to buy tissue paper etc.”

“The blanket is so lovely. I’ve bought many things from TBCo now and they are always high quality. But I wish there was a section on the order page to allow you to make a note about embroidery. I’ve experienced the words being larger than I wanted previously so this time I emailed immediately after with my order number to say I’d like a smaller font (which I’ve been told is possible by their team before). Unfortunately they’d done the embroidery before reading my message. It looks good but we just wanted it as more of a subtle touch.”

“I found the website a little fiddly when creating my bespoke box. But delivery was prompt and efficient. And most importantly, the recipient LOVES his tartan blanket and gifts - after a major op, just what qas needed to provide some comfort and cossetting”

“I love my red triangular scarf - the colour is beautiful but it’s expensive for what it is. It’s not all that big and, in my view, could have been a little larger. One other thing: the tbco label sewn on is huge and sticks out in a really noticeable way. It’s difficult to remove, too, without damaging the scarf. I get that you need a label to advertise yourselves but this verging on the absurd! You’ve also initialled the scarf with your logo in the same colour but I don’t mind that so much as it’s discreet.”

Hi Julia, Thank you for your feedback! Sorry to hear you are having trouble with the care label. We do attach these to all out products to ensure that customers have the correct care instructions. You should we able to easily remove the stitches keeping this attached to the scarf with a seam riper/ un-picker. There is also a dotted line where we recommend cutting the label, as we agree this is a chunky label to be wearing on your scarf! Warmly, Team TBCo

“Really pleased with the throw I ordered. Goes great with my sofa and colours are soft. The only thing preventing a 5 star review is the texture. Not as soft as it looks. But good value and would recommend.”
