“TBCo are friendly, professional and have a great customer service. My friend bought me a knee blanket for Xmas and they were more than happy for me to pay the difference to exchange it for a full blanket. Everytime we had other questions to ask on the best way to return and pay the difference, they promptly replied with very easy to follow instructions. The packaging is really beautiful and the blanket is so soft and cozy and colourful -and the lambswool doesn't itch. Thanks TBCo!”

“I chose the 2-3 delivery options for a scarf. I hadn't received it in time so I phoned and the adviser explained that because I had requested initials embroidering it normally takes 2-3 days after embroidery. She said this is on the website, however, I think it should have a separate delivery option to select if you choose embroidery so you know exactly how long it will take. After explaining the urgency for the scarf as it was for a scarf the adviser very kindly upgraded the delivery to be delivered by the time I needed it at the latest, I am very grateful for this customer service and my Stepmum is very pleased with her gift.”

“Many thanks for the beautiful rug I have received - and received so quickly! I expected it within five to seven days, but it reached me in three - a real plus. The quality is much appreciated and with the recent cold days, is already in use. I shall certainly recommend your company if occasion arises.”

“Thank you for my beautiful cashmere scarf! It’s utterly perfect. It’s a great length and a bit narrower than others, making it perfect to double up without being too bulky. The quality it’s fantastic. Thank you too for sending it so quickly- even with the request to monogram. I am so happy with my purchase!”

“I am in love with our Recycled Wool Tartan blanket that I recently purchased to finish off our new sofa's. The blanket is soft, warm and really adds a little something to our living room. The blanket arrived on time and also was beautifully packaged in tissue paper and a lovely cardboard box (I was pleased that all the materials were recyclable). I would recommend these lovely blankets to all my family and friends.”

“Great local company. I just purchased an extra long lambswool scarf in the sale. It's very cosy and was such a bargain. I decided on click and collect at no extra cost. The scarf was so beautifully packaged I was tempted to keep as a gift. I can recommend the recycled wool tartan blankets also beautifully packaged. I bought one as a gift for friends in Australia, then dropped so many hints I received the Ancient Buchanan as a Christmas present. It looks really good drapped over my sofa.”

“I believe I now have a new addiction... beautiful scarves from the Tartan Blanket Co! The colours are lovely and the scarves are a really good quality they have been a welcome warm and snuggly addition to my neck in this most recent snowy weather. The delivery was really prompt and the packaging was great - I appreciated the labelling which pointed to the fact that this is a family business. I have already recommended this company to friends and family and I know I will definitely be back to purchase other items.”

“I just received my Menzies Tartan oversized scarf... I absolutely LOVE it!!! It's currently -6 degrees Fahrenheit where I live... I wrapped that around myself with a sweater and I could not possibly be any toastier! The quality of the scarf is perfection and the wool is so soft and non-irritating on my sensitive skin. Shipping was very fast, too. I received my order exactly one week after I originally placed it- and I live in the US. Keep doing everything you're doing- what a wonderful company and product!”
