“The gift box arrived to the U.S. from the UK within a day of it's shipping. I was expecting it to make at least a week. The Scottish men's gift box was beautiful, and the items are all high quality, my brother was really excited about a new scarf, the whiskey course book, and short bread cookies! Will definitely be ordering again, and for myself;).”

“Bought three recycled wool blankets as Christmas presents. Shipping was extremely fast and the blankets reached us in the US unscathed. They are just beautiful. I have purchased scarves from TBC for myself and my husband before and the quality is outstanding. Love supporting this business.”

“Dear Tartan Blanket team, First of all, I would like to mention that I absolutely love the products. Everything looks really well made and very soft to the touch. The colours were also a pleasant surprise as they look better in real life than they do in the website pictures. Also, really love the packaging. Very neatly packed and the box they arrived in is really sturdy and provided good protection during shipping. Everything so far is worth at least 5 stars. However, there was one weak point in the whole experience and that was the website and the ordering process at the time of purchase. It looks like it's fixed now but when I placed my order, the pricing in Euro simply wasn't shown on the product page and was only visible during checkout. Moreover, it was impossible to configure a Christmas box because the process got stuck when choosing certain elements of the box such as a pair of socks. For this reason, I can only rate my experience as 4 out of 5 stars. Hopefully, for my next order everything will go smoothly and the overall experience will be better because the products a very good and they deserve to be backed up by a straightforward ordering process as well.”

“Louise at the Tartan Blanket Co. has provided the best customer service. She was so kind to help me track down our missing order due to DHL mistake. Our package arrived quickly and safely! I took a peek inside at my two orders, two custom embroidered baby blankets and they are SO stunning and so soft. The embroidery is delicate and beautiful. It was packaged so beautiful and arrived just in time for Christmas. We look forward to adding to our collecting the in the years to come. I would like to especially say how lovely it was to have our card that we purchased hand written with our note. The fact that it was hand written was so special and just made us feel like our order was handled with care and love. You just cant find that kind of special touch these days. Thank you so much Tartan Blanket Co. You are truly wonderful!”

“Unfortunately I haven't actually seen the finished product as on both occasions I have bought as gifts for others. The one that was received ( the other is in transit to Australia) was greatly admired. However customer service is great and so I would highly recommend this company on my experience so far.”
