“Your shipping was super fast which was a pleasant surprise. The blankets pattern/colors/thickness were lovely. The only disappointment was that there was a strong unwashed wool smell, which I'm hoping will disappear with a washing, just wasn't used to that. Also there was a small discoloration mark on the tan check knee blanket that looked like a stain of some kind. I am hoping that also resolves in the wash, even so I would not return anything because overall I'm am thrilled to have found you. Thanks. Michelle”

Hi Michelle, We are so pleased to hear that you are pleased with the quality of your lovely new blankets! Our blankets are all made from real wool so sometimes they have an oil called Lanolin in them. This is a completely natural oil produced by the wool and the sheep we get the wool from. I think this may be the smell you mentioned as sometimes this can be caused by the Lanolin. Don’t worry though, this is all natural! What we recommend doing is just giving them a quick wash, this should not only get rid of the smell but make the blanket a wee bit softer too! “Thank you for very kind help on the chat right while choosing the blanket. Blanket looks great and was delivered also quite fast. Thank you very much! I would reccommend to describe little bit more what is the difference in between different price levels of the blankets (it was hard to choose for me, i didn't exactly know what price level to choose from and had to ask the chat).”

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We don't currently offer any presentation boxes, but I can bring this up with the rest of the team. We pop all of our blankets in a TBCo. box, wrapped in tissue paper and finished off with a little sticker, so we think they're packaged beautifully already! ~Jayde

“I was very happy with the customer service and the pleasantness and helpfulness of the staff I spoke with when placing my order. My parcel arrived yesterday which was when I expected it. I purchased 10 lambs wool tartan scarves. I am happy with the scarves and I am sure my Chinese friends will enjoy their Christmas presents but I was less happy with the packaging. Half the scarves were in selophane pockets, the other half were loose. The box was barely big enough to contain the scarves so two were quite crushed on arrival. A little more attention to detail like this would have made a difference and my satisfaction rating much higher.”

“Beautiful blankets, nicely packaged, fast delivery. Only downfall: blankets are a gift and have a chemical odor which persists even after hanging outside on line :(”

“I was pleased to have my order delivered so quickly and was also impressed with the packaging. All emails were promptly replied to and the service provided was good. I should have expected the quality of the blanket to suit the price. Compared to Australian wool products it was of poor quality. There is no label stating the origin of the wool or the country of manufacture. The label indicating the care of the product is confusing. If I purchased another product from you I would select a more expensive blanket and expect that it would be of a higher quality. I selected the Baird tartan blanket as I married into the Baird family but I will not give the blanket to my father in law as I am disappointed with the quality. The colours of the tartan are lovely but the quality of the woven wool is sadly inferior. We have lovely products here in Australia made by Onkaparinga, St Albans and Creswick but they did not have the Baird tartan.”

“Great service form beginning to end. Both rugs arrived as promised and beautifully packaged. However one of the rugs was the wrong colour. A phone call to the office and a replacement was sent out and arrived the next day. A pre paid label was sent and I dropped off the wrong rug at the post office. Although I was disappointed that the wrong rug was sen,t the customer service was efficient and helpful. All was rectified in days.”

“Lovely and soft with attractive design. And posh looking packaging! Only drawback is that it was smaller than I imagined (my fault for not checking) so not long enough for my 6 foot husband to feel cozy.”

“Ordering, delivery, packaging and products were all great. My only slight criticism was that the lighter coloured tartan (Stewart Muted Blue Tartan) was more grey than white which the photograph on the website looked like. These things do vary though and the website does mention this. Almost perfect and the shortbread fingers were a lovely treat!”

“Excellent packaging and delivery but we clicked on two orange coloured 'random' knee blankets and received one orange and one blue. We expected two of the same colour and were disappointed. We were offered a refund but couldn't be bothered to return the blankets. Perhaps it's just us being daft?”
