“The tartan throw is lovely, a bit thinner and lighter in weight than I expected, but as it is for someone in Florida, it does not need to be too warm. It came very quickly and was boxed nicely. Thank you.”

“First class service, items arrived very quickly and nicely wrapped in tissue with a sticker. Box was a bit dented though, presumably by the postal service. Also noted that the colours of the blanket were definitely darker than shown on the website, seeing as I ordered 'Black Watch' tartan the green areas, shown as lovely light green in website, were very dark green in reality, making blanket choice perhaps not best for newborn gift! Lovely soft quality though and liked fringing touch too. Would definitely buy from this company again but just be careful with the colour-matching.”

“Arrived in time, box was damaged. Fringes were tangled on blanket, could have made sure blanket was presented more neatly as we opened the box the blanket looked a bit of a mess. One letter of the embroidery is obscured by the strap, which was not the case on the picture of the product.”

“A lovely blanket, nicely packaged. a bit concerned to see the dry clean only label as the blanket I bought previously had 30 wash on label, however reassured after checking on website and reading that the blankets can be washed on cool wash. Many thanks for prompt delivery.”

“I paid extra for postage to ensure the parcel arrived on time for the recipients birthday. Because I also paid extra for it to be personally initialled, the parcel didnt arrive in time. The Company did respond promptly but I had paid extra for the postage to arrive on a certain date and it wasnt made clear that this wasnt possible if the embroidery was being done. Just needed it to be clearer when ordering. The products did arrive eventually and the recipient was delighted with them.”

“I chose the 2-3 delivery options for a scarf. I hadn't received it in time so I phoned and the adviser explained that because I had requested initials embroidering it normally takes 2-3 days after embroidery. She said this is on the website, however, I think it should have a separate delivery option to select if you choose embroidery so you know exactly how long it will take. After explaining the urgency for the scarf as it was for a scarf the adviser very kindly upgraded the delivery to be delivered by the time I needed it at the latest, I am very grateful for this customer service and my Stepmum is very pleased with her gift.”

“Like the idea of recycled wool, but still disagree with wool that is directly sheared from sheep for blankets. Would not have purchased if it wasn’t recycled. Price is a little high to be honest, plus it doesn’t include delivery. If you’re spending £35 on a blanket (I can get one from Tesco for £10) I would expect free delivery to be honest. Competitors on amazon offer free delivery after £20. Also no discount codes.. did search online and messaged them on Facebook but no luck so was forced to pay the high price. This was a gift and so I decided to buy, if it was for myself I would not purchase due to such high cost of goods.”

“They are good for the price one blanket was better than the second one. The blue tartan blanket was a bit harsh to feel but nevertheless warm. It will be ok as a picnic blanket. The orange one was a better colour and softer. Both were heavy items. My husband liked them I would have preferred a lighter weight blanket. They are good quality and I imagine they will wear well.”
