“TBCo is my primary choice to buy wool products in the UK. I already own few scarves and few blankets from this company. And I love it. Wool blankets look amazing even after 8 years of having them. Shipment of products is extremely quick. I love TBCo orientation towards sustainability. This time I have chosen alpaca scarf which is soft, delicate and elegant. Can't wait to wear it during fall and winter. I highly recommend TBCo to anyone who is in need of high quality wool products.”

“Hello you shipped with Fedex. They have very poor delivery service in my city. I have been home for w days waiting for mt package. I then receive and email telling me it was impossible to deliver my package to me. I still. Do not have my pillowcases. Well, they arrived today after I changed to a relay service. I will pick them up tomorrow. Its not the product, its the shipping.”

Hi there, Thank you for leaving a review, it’s great to hear that you are pleased with your purchase. Our courier is only able to collect/ deliver packages on working days, so unfortunately orders placed on a weekend or bank holiday weekend will not come until Tuesday or Wednesday. Hopefully your package still arrived on time!

“The blanket is so lovely. I’ve bought many things from TBCo now and they are always high quality. But I wish there was a section on the order page to allow you to make a note about embroidery. I’ve experienced the words being larger than I wanted previously so this time I emailed immediately after with my order number to say I’d like a smaller font (which I’ve been told is possible by their team before). Unfortunately they’d done the embroidery before reading my message. It looks good but we just wanted it as more of a subtle touch.”

“I had lots of problems with my initial order which was a gift from my son . But it was dealt with efficiently and tactfully and having tried several options I finally had a pair of PJs that I love . It was fairly time consuming but didn’t cost any extra due to carriage returns being paid . The product is warm comfortable and of good quality . I think I was unlucky in my initial choices of sizes etc but I ended up very happy with my product and the service I had .”

“First time ordering from TBCo. I will definitely order again. I bought the pink/green striped pajama set. They offer monogramming so I had initials put on the collar. I bought matching pjs for my 2 year old granddaughter and her 3 year old cousin to take to the beach. Love the fabric. I’ll definitely buy from this company again!”
