“Excellent customer service; I realised I got the number in the address wrong after the order had been confirmed, I sent the customer service team an email and they got back to me super quickly and corrected it before it went out! Bought the blanket as a gift, my friend loved it! From the photo she sent, it indeeds looks beautiful.”

“Wir haben uns 2 Lambswool-Decken gekauft und zur Auswahl des richtigen Wolldesigns viele Fotos von der Webpage runtergeladen. Dann haben wir unsere Wohnzimmersofas fotografiert und die Lambswool-Decken auf die Sofa-Fotos kopiert. Für die finale Entscheidung hat das prima funktioniert. Die Online-Bestellung vom Montagabend kam per DHL bereits am Mittwoch-Mittag in Frankfurt an. Die Wollqualität der beiden Lambswool-Decken ist hervorragend und für den kommenden Covid-19 Winter genau das Richtige. Wir sind mit unserer Kaufentscheidung sehr zufrieden. Ich habe noch zwei Anmerkungen: Wie mehrfach kommentiert, sind Lambswool-Decken etwas dünner als die Standardwolldecken, dann aber so weich wie Kaschmirdecken. Sie wärmen sehr gut. Aus meiner Sicht macht genau das die Lambswool-Decke so attraktiv. Unsere Decken rochen beim Auspacken auch ein bisschen nach Lanolin, aber das spricht ja gerade für das Naturprodukt Lambswool. Statt die Decken zu waschen haben wir sie 2 Tage auf einem Wäscheständer an die frische Luft gestellt. Der Geruch ist dann von selbst verflogen.”

“Good stuff, nicely delivered only one problem, we ordered 3 embroidered blankets for 3 peoples xmas presents, all 3 came in one beautiful box :( thats one person with a to big box and 2 people with no box, so order them one at a time to get nice box.”

“I bought a knee blanket for my grandad for Christmas (with his initials embroidered) and I couldn’t be happier. It came in a gift box as standard which looked really lovely and perfect to wrap for Christmas. The embroidery is a good size so doesn’t get consumed within the blanket and although the blanket itself isn’t super thick, it seems very soft and warm which is perfect for my grandad.”
