“Fab service and I loved making up the gift box with all of the different options on the website. Actual box when it arrived wasn’t as nice as I thought it would be e.g tissue paper wasn’t folded properly and a bit scrunched up etc but the items inside are beautiful. Would definitely use again.”

“The blankets are beautiful and excellent quality. It was a shame they were packaged together as both were gifts and the boxed presentation of one or the blankets was a special touch I’d like to have given to both. I hope the recipients like them as much I do!”

“Dispatched very quickly.As it is for a CHRISTMAS present I have not fully opened it yet. I will be ordering with you again in the distant future as I have a friend who is getting married in 2021 I like the webpage all very easy to understand and nicely laid out. Thank you”

“The knee blanket is lovely very soft and well presented in a cardboard box wrapped in a brown paper envelope - no plastic. It took 6 days to arrive but I didnt get an immediate confirmatary e-mail and thought that the order hadn't gone through. It was marked out of stock the next time I checked the website. So I wasn't really expecting it to arrive. All good now though.”

“I purchased a scarf for my dad as a cozy Christmas gift! Every item I saw on the website looked desirable and I am very excited to see my dads reaction when he opens it! However I am from Toronto Canada and am still waiting for my package to arrive. :) hoping it comes soon, praying before Christmas...”

“MY ONLY PROBLEM WAS WITH YODEL WHO LEFT THE PACKAGE ON OUR DRIVE HAVING MADE NO ATTEMPT TO CALL AT THE HOUSE. I HAVE HAD THIS PROBLEM WITH YODEL BEFORE WITH OTHER SELLERS. FORTUNATELY THE PRODUCT WAS NOT DAMAGED BUT NO THANKS TO YODEL.”

“I ordered a large scarf and a knee blanket as gifts for different people. I was rather disappointed to find that they came wrapped in the same paper and box, so I’ve had to unwrap them and give one person their gift without the lovely box and wrapping. It’s probably my fault- I must have missed a box to tick to have them wrapped individually. The products themselves are absolutely lovely.”

“A beautifully packaged gift. The scarf in particular is lovely and so well presented I know it will go down well. I do think - with the exception of scarves/blankets etc - the items are a little expensive. Nevertheless I would recommend.”

“I ordered 2 of the Lambswool Blanket Scarf in Mackellar Tartan, one for me and one for my mum for Christmas. I was pleasantly surprised by how soft the Lambswool option is--no need for cashmere when the Lambswool is so amazingly soft and cozy. I am very happy with my purchase. The Blanket Scarf size is perfect, I like to wear it over my shoulders as a shawl for extra warmth and coziness when working from home. My only 2 hang ups were: 1) I was given only one shipping option to Canada which I found to be quite steep at $55CAD; 2) the high tax/duties fee $91.25CAD I had to pay DHL directly. Turned out to be a very expensive purchase: $230 (2 blanket scarfs) + $55.05 (shipping) + $91.25 = $376.30CAD. Especially when you have no idea what the tax/duty bill will end up being at time of purchase. There must be a better way of handling this to be more transparent to the Canadian customer. In short, 5 stars for the product itself, 3 stars for the purchase/shipping experience and high cost.”

“The tartan blanket gift set was sent and received quickly. The products inside the box are lovely and packaged beautifully. However, during delivery the box had obviously been knocked around. The outer plastic bag was ripped, the box broken and the tissue paper around the blanket was torn. The items themselves were not damaged but this is disappointing when the gift set is a Christmas present.”

“I got a recycled blanket in Buchanan tartan - lovely and thick - great packaging and arrived really quickly. The blanket is a lot darker than in the picture, which I'm a bit disappointed about as I was looking forward to the very vibrant blue, but its still lovely and very cosy for days working at the computer :-)”
